DTDC Courier — Poor service

One of my friend sent one courier ( MBA admission forms ) from Aurangabad ( MH ) to Chittaurgarh ( Rajasthan ) on 31.01.2008 . It was told to my friend that it will be received on Monday ( 4th Feb ) on internet tracking i found it was at Udaipur ( 110 km away from here ) but it was not received to me on 5 th evening also . I had provided the receipt number and my contact number to the person at my place . But neither he called at jaipur or udaipur nor he informed me about the same . When in the evening I called that fellow , he has not attended my calls , even he made his mobile switch off . When I called him from other mobile after sometime , he was not ready to listen anything and was using irritating words . Such things from so called professional courier is not at all expected when they are charging money for the service . When it is related to service , it should also be taken care . the area where I live is around 5 - 6 km away from city area , this fellow told that he has no service in this area . When there is such problem , then why such couriers are accepted , when we have so called latest tracking technology ? Last time also when my bother send one parcel , it was found in very bad packing condition , which was not at all expected from my brother . Whe I send some photographs of the same , he told when that courier was sent it was in good condition , and this DTDC courier felow said it might be in transist , what to do in such cases . also some material was found misplaced when I talk to my brother . Such things are irritating , and the people who are at the position of head or area manager should immediately ban such agencies . Leave the thing of irritation that had to me , at least next time no any other will undergo such situation . This attempt to write all those things here is the same one : Live and let live .....

My courier letter ( Important document ) received by
coimbatore R.S.Puram office. But it was not delivered for
two days. ( I know it was reached your office by track record)
I spoke to your people in R.S.Puram office., for five times.
But no response. Still my courier was not delivered to my
office.
All my works are pending. I have to receive my courier letter
for important engaements. We are very much disappointing
about your service.
Pls take urgent action.

One courier has been sent to me on 12 th July, 2008. I have not yet got that(18th july, 2008).If I call to Regional office also no response from them.

Parcel not delivered and not able to track.

I have send a parcel from India to Singapore on 11th Dec thursday. They have promised that it will deliver within 3 days. Today it's 17th dec. I have not received anything. And not able to track also.
