[Resolved] DTDC Courier — complaint against lost item by DTDC courier services | |||
Sir, i had used DTDC courier on 20/5/11 from rawatbhata to karela . The consignment number was Z36192983 by DTDC courier servies jaipur. it takes a maximum of 5 days to reach the destination but till date (almost one & half month) the courier had not been reached the destination. several time i called them but they are not picking up the phone. on 21/6/11 one lady picked up the phone and told that your courier reached till karela which was showed in online DTDC service but it was not reached to the destination. sir that courier was important courier contained bridle jewelry and cosmetic which cost 8000 Rs. They are totally harassing me .I want them to return the money which i spent on that courier. SO please help me out & register my complaint . The delivery boy Mobile no- [protected] has denied to deliver my parcel at my doorstep and asked me to pickup from a place 2km away from my house i[censored] can't hire any professional employee then stop ur services I will never use ur services for further courier. my parcels tracking number is Z55414474

sir, I had used DTDC courier to send a courier on 20/5/2011 from Rawatbhata to Kochin. The receipt number was z36192983 by DTDC courier service Jaipur. it takes a maximum of 5 days to reach the destination but till date (almost one & half month) the courier had not been reached the destination. several time Icalled them but they are not picking the call and on 21/6/11 one person name kanchan picked up the phone but told that they send but till date it was not reached . I called them daily but they are not pick up the phone . My courier cost was 8000 Rs which contain artificial bride jewelry and other cosmetics . they totally harassing me. I want them to return the money of lost item by the courier service & that was very important courier. so please help- me out and register my complaint so that they return my money back.complaint#
