[Resolved] DTDC — delay and taken extra money | |||
Shipment Number : V05363675, Booked By : Nasik Super Franchisee- Nasik, I have given this consignement on 4 june 2011, he takes 250 Rs and confirming that the parcel ll definately reached the location on 7 june 2011. Anyway document is not reached the location at proper time and its very urgent document for my wife''s passport. So i have to again go through this procedure for making the passport. They are agree to refund the courier amount or which he has taken, but i have to go to again his shop and submit the original copy. But Do you think that this is enough for me or us. How much money, time and manhour i lost. Can this refund is enough ?

Still the representative from the DTDC shop is not ready to give the amount . After that i written a complain to DTDC email ID, but after so many emails, the representative also said that collect your amount from the shop. Still the position is same. Now situation is like that, they are not ready to talk with me, anyway i just want a apology letter, signed from the director of DTDC.
