[Resolved] DTDC — PARCEL LOST | |||
i sent packed my newly bought MTS USB MODEM ( price RS. 2000) for my dad, from VT UNIVERSITY, VELLORE. and FIVE 2GB pendrives. and posted it through DTDC courier service ( VIT BRANCH) for west bengal on 21st of JANUARY, 2013. i still have the bill with consignment number: C45226876. it was supposed to reach there within 3 days. my dad has still not received the parcel. upon enquiry, the related person is saying that they have received AN EMPTY BOX!!!! WITH NOTHING INSIDE!!!!! PLEASE HELP. the parcel is worth 2500 RS. Was this information helpful? | |||

res sir,ihad courrierd aconsignment to samastipur cnno.k33801854 on25/04/09 but it has not reached the destination till date kindly lok into the matter & do the needfull& oblidge.

DTDC — lost parcel
my firm revolution exports has given one parcel to dtdc courier company sec-10 noida branch on 3rd of feb .nd even by today company has not delivered the packet.on company website the status of my packet is showing that it is in transit since 3rd of feb.i hv complaint to dtdc main off but there was no responce frm there side. This packet contains my buyer sample frm which i could get future business.but due to dtdc mishanding i lost my packet nd my future business.worth rs 8 lacks.plz help us to provide my lost packet ,my future busines nd personal haresment which i had faced my buyerCustomer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good

DTDC — LOST PACKAGE
I recently sent camera to Chennai from Bangalore through DTDC courier. B41101736. My friend Balu MAhesh sent this courier. It was sent through Banglaore, MAdiwala branch of DTDC courier. Even after 4 weeks they are not able track and deliver. No response. Asked to lodge complaint. No reply.What shsould I do. please help.
