DTDC — Lost My Courier

I would just like to bring to your notice about DTDC courier who are bad at service and also dont care for their customers.I had sent a parcel containing Nike Shoes and An Expensive T Shirt bought from abroad from Mumbai to Vishapatnam. It was sent on 24/1/2009 and was supposed to reach by 26/1/2009.Till Date it has not reached .Status Showed that it had reached hyderabad but after that no reply .I have been mailing them, went to the office for past 8 days everyday but no response .I hate this service and would never recommend to anybody .Please can these guys forward my parcel to the concerned address.

i want to tell u dtdc service is too bad. i was booked a courier from ludhiana on 15th oct. But i dont receive my courier yet. Hopefully u take any action about this problem.

DTDC Courier — LOST PACKET

My company revolution exports has given one parcel to DTDC COURIER COMPANY NOIDA-SEC-10 BRANCH,ON 13 FEB 2010 VIA dtdc awb no:Z 07794240.Till date this packet is undeleivered and untraceable.We have given so many complaints to dtdc customer care,but there was no response from there side.

This packet contains our buyers originals samples for future business orders worth Rs 10 lakhs,
Due to negligence of dtdc staff we have lost our future business and personal harresment from our buyer.
We would much appriciate i[censored] could please help us in this matter.

shirdi branch courier officer spoke to me badly...or loudly

I had called DTDC courier local branch in Shirdi on the 20th of Sept 2014, and spoke to ur branch officer there. I had an blackberry housing body and the stand to be transported from delhi to shirdi. He spoke to me loudly/ badly
