Poor Service/Fake commitment — Email Sent on: 05th Jan 2012, Remainder sent on 8th Jan 2012 (STILL NO RESPONSE)

This is with reference to Airtel Digital TV. My Customer id is XXXXXX9411.

For past few months I keep getting some issue with DTH. I take my recent compliant which logged in mid of Sep’2012, from Sep’2012 I was keep calling or logging issue but most of time it went unanswered. Once I logged compliant, after that I didn’t receive any call and no one visit my house to fix the problem but complaint was closed without any action/resolution.

After making compliant, I need to follow-up and send remainder but no one will turn back. I was facing this from long time and finally my issue got resolved only 16 Dec 2012. There was promised made by call center Sr. executives, once problem got resolved they will waive off from mid of Sep’12 to last Dec’12 complete got resolved which is mid of dec’2012.

Every time that we call to customer care center I have waited 15-20 mins in waiting for call to be transferred to concerned department!. We are told that in 24 hours an engineer will visit but nobody turns up. With respect to this issue I have spoken hours n hours to call center executive which is real PAIN and your FAKE promise hurt me a lot L
Again I called up call center to update them amount the resolution then I have received the from Delhi/Noida (Executive behavior was rude) office saying that they will waive off only for 5 days. When I called again to check about waiver detail your senior executive will inform me saying that I will get a call from them within 24 hrs for past 3 week. STILL I AM WAITING FOR CALLING.

My Question:
· How you have calculated 5 days waiver?
· How your executive close a call without taking any action?
· Why complaints are getting closed without customer resolution?
· what is acknowledgement you are getting from engineer? I need detail of all acknowledgement which you have marked as a ticket resolved.
· Who will pay for the time I have spent calling to you customer call center? (Which ticket cannot be raised but I have spoke to them in hours)
· How you treat your customer?
· Who is responsible for what you customer executive promised/faked us?

Bharti (Airtel) — Poor Service & False Commitment

I have taken a unlimited GPRS connection from Airtel.But the signal falls quite offen and on lodging complaint no action has been taken and the amount charged for taking GPRS connection i.e., Rs.498.00 has not been adjusted for poor services.Apart from this the Airtel has started blocking the customer from directly interacting with the customer care executive for lodging complaint whenever a option is choosen for talking to the customer care executive a recoreded message comes "SMS Airtel" to 121.This is totaly harrasment to the consumers.I stay in Kolkata pin 700042 and I am facing this problem for long time.Please look into this problem.

Airtel — Poor Service Follow Up

Dear Sir / Madam

I , Alwina Gonsalves , would like to complaint againt my mobile service provider Bharti Airtel Ltd. for not fulfilling their promise to reinstate my service ([protected]). This service is registered on my brothers name Eldin Gonsalves. We are unable to make outgoing calls from the home network . the call is routed to Airtel Advertisement IVR . I have called customer care numerous times and nothing has been done about the same.
I have visited the Airtel store at Vasai (W) on 4 occasions . Every time they say that the problem will be fixed in 48 hrs . Its been 11 months since I am facing this problem .

Also , today my services for mobile no. [protected] was disconnected today at 0100 hrs without prior notification stating that I have not submitted my documents. I have been using this service since November 2003. When I visited the store today , I was advised to resubmit the documents stating that government has ordered to suspend the services.

I would request you to look in to this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I would also like a compensation from Airtel for the same.

Airtel DTH — Fake call

I am not a custmor of AIR TEL DTH services but since three or four months i got frequently call from AIRTEL Offices for recharge for same than I explain them I am not your custmor I call to Mr SUNIL BHARTI MITTAL @[protected] but he is not availlable operator transfer call to Mr ASHISH he also refuse to help about these fake call

Bharti Airtel GPRS — Poor signal of GPRS Service

Due to poor service of Airtel GPRS Service provided quata remains unused,
not only that I have to go to INTERNET CAFE for the essential works, even though I have the GPRS connection.

Due to expensive call rate plan of airtel i tried to do MNP and i sent a message then in response i got port id but on the very next day ( Friday, 25/11/2011) , i received a call from MNP department of airtel and their customer care executive offers me a new plan on my number and i like that . customer care executive told me to do a cancel message and that plan will be activated within 48 hours but it didnt happen then i again to c.c and again they give me one more day to wait but at last nothing activated and i received a message that my complain is resolved. because of them i am 5 days late in doing portability my number. They are activating these kind of plans very hardly and generally makes fake commitment with customer so b careful everyone ......and my contact number is [protected]..
Even i want to be with airtel but if i get better services and the plan about which ur customer care executive of MNP department tolds me. 2ndly i already again did MNP message as i can't wait more and i'll go for that after few days so hopefully u'll contact me asap.

Airtel DTH — Customer support updated ticket as resolved without resolving it.

Hi ,

This is the first month of subscription with Airtel DTH and the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

Recently on 12th March 2012 I was getting an error on all channels as B001. I called up Airtel DTH Customer support and informed them about it.
Airtel registered a complaint number against my complain : Request No:16955245.
After that I did not recieve any call from Airtel. It is me who followed it up again with Airtel next day that is on 13th March 2012.
As me and my wife both are working, I requested Airtel to send the technician early in the morning before 11-11:30 . Airtel provided me the nearest dealer number and from there I got the technician number. The technician immediately denied that he cannot come to my place before 11- 11:30.
Then the technician comitted he will come on 14th March before 11-11:30 in the morning.
14th March 2012 I called Airtel Digital TV and to my surprise I found my previous complaint number has been closed as resolved.
The escalation team again raised a complaint number[protected] and confirmed that they will send a technician before 11 AM on 14th March 2012.

Again I did not receive any call from Airtel till 10:30. I called again to their customer support thrice and they put me on hold for more than hour with no response from any body.
I can tell the customer service representative name also :Amit, Monica...Are they getting paid to fool the customers?

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any product tat I have bought in my life.

Hope some action will be taken and people will not blindly follow Airtel just hearing the brand name.
