i m trawelling from rajkot to ahemedabad . bus does nt arrived at the right time at rajkot. It is non stop bus but it was also stopped bus on highway for few minute. .total traweling time in ticket and on it's website is 3 hour i.e. 7.30 p.m. To 10.30 bt bus not in time and it is running 30 minute whether it is no traffic jam on highway. Driver also wasted time on highway for pick up the passenger where there is no pick up point. . Last time i was booked tickit for ahmedabad timed 6 a.m. But i was reached 2 min late to pick up stand. .and bus was already departure. And answer me that u r late. bt now today i m in your eagle benz n it is 30 min late.now which step u will take ? I[censored] not. . why there is different rules for same corparation and buses?. . I am in the same Eagle sleeper bus from rajkot to pune. The bus started at 2 insteadof 1:30 pm. All their dikkies were full of parcels. Its 6:45 am and we are still in Nasik. I wanted to join my job at 10 am but the driver said that the bus will reach pune at 2 pm, which makes it a 24 hours travel from rajkot to pune.
I think EAGLE Travels should now be called as EAGLE Transports and they should start TRUCK service instead of a sleeper coach bus service.
