Good morning sir,
I am spiking dilip hadiyal frome dwarka, gujrat. Me already ticket booked jamnagar to mumbai 11.15am to mumbai 5.15 am but travels is very let so missing my interview for dubai in ambe international. My interview time is already 7 am so i missing my interview. My totally west my money. With return ticket 5000 thousands and other amount 2000 thousands. So who is pay me my totally amount.this bus service is very bed.

Eagle is brand of travels .yr driver nd conductor mis behavior with me and my family. They are not allowed put to luggage in passenger luggage box in side of bus.they are put privet luggage and no.space for pessanger luggage. They behavior and talk like owner of eagle company. Veery rufly and mannerless. It's same of eagle brand.
Why we r pay more money????and book in standard travels.for this type of experience????
I booked my tikit in ac bus and charge also pay for ac bus.and when my bus comes They non ac and verry dirty inside and no space for walk inside bus .some people are sleeping in walking area.its brand travels service??????
Please save eagle brand to this type of chitter booking agent and this type of your nonsense staff.
I hope so.refund my extra many taken by booking agent and insult with me by yr conductor and driver.

Hello i m from rajkot and I booked bus as it time was 6:30 departure from rajkot and 10:30 to reach my destination to Ahmedabad but its al most 11:10 and I’m still on this bus and what a ruff driving of this driver.

Hello, this is harshil patel texting. I had my journey on[protected] timing was 5:30 am from jamnagar to ahmedabad. I reached on pickup point sharp at 5:25 am and the bus was gone already, neither they do call nor try to giving information about pickup. There was very misbeahving by driver and conductor from eagle travels. Many times we get a call before 30 minutes, 15 minute, 5 minute; and this time didn't get any call. Even coundecter doesn't have chart of passenger details, what you are going to do? Cant understand. My pnr no. Was[protected], ticket i'd was oxvwg1. Do something on this matter with hope.

very bed customer care supports from the company. not give the name or number of manager. if talk with the manager call after 5.00pm?????????????????? i try to check my material information from 10.30 but till 4.30 i am not getting any update from travels. i paid double money for urgent delivery and its not happened after 2days. today 23rd oct.11 I made many call at office and i am not getting any detail. I try to contact at HO rajkot for complaint. no senior personal available in office. if you want to talk call after 5.00pm.
IN DIWALI TIME, CAN YOU ARE ABLE TO WAIT FOR THAT????????????????????

It is very strange but sad experience with eagle travels. infact i was never interested travelling through sleeping bus from rajkot to pune. due to unavailability of the train tkts i had planned to travel through travel and thought that eagle will be the best travel. i was wrong it was horrible experience i had with. believe me it starts from Rajkot somewhere around 1.30 PM and reached 5.45 PM (nashil phata) next day. driver was not cooperative and when i had asked for he was telling after 30 mins and it will come after 3 hrs. i was travelling with family with 1 kid. my kid was literally tiered bored and crying for this long journey all the have. moreover at the time of sitting into bus and asked to keep my luggage, cleaner denied me not to kept luggae in back as there was no space. infact there were some packages , parcel materials (bering and all) this is the first time i heard that peo[ple travelling in bus denied to keep there luggage. if you want this parcel service then it is my humble request dont club this travel and packaging together it will spoil your customer relationship if you want ot continue. if you are not believing in custiomer relationship then it will of no use....summarizing it was totall 25 hr journey instead of 16 - 18 hr journey. it was our horrible experience and i will never recommend anybody to travel in this bus.
