Easy Cab — convenience cost charged instead of web booking

I had a very bad experience with the driver and the customer care person of easy cab. This is the second time I am facing this issue. I had done the web booking (A[protected] with easy cab for 29th Aug from Gautam nagar to DLF cybercity gurgaon. However, the driver had given me the bill with the convinience charges of 50 rupees. As per easy cab policy, if the booking is done through internet then the customer need not to pay 50 rs to easy cab. Inspite of doing the web booking, the driver had charged me 50 rs as a convinience charge. When i denied to pay the same , he misbehaved with me like anything. I have also called the customer care person at 9:42AM while i was seating in the cab and explained him the entire issue and told him to talk to the driver for this. The customer care person also told me that this is not a web booking and this booking is done through phone so i have to pay this. Even the customer care person bound me to give 50 rs to the driver instead of doing the web booking. Please tell me if this is the policy of easy cab for making fool of the customer then I will not be booking any cab through easy cab and will not suggest anyone for the same. There is a complaint column in the website of easycab in which everytime i give the booking no. it shows invalid booking. It reflects that easy cab even do not bother to lodge our complaints coz it happens everytime Please take an appropriate action and confirm. We pay for the service but not for the misbehaving and making fool o[censored]s for money. An early response will be appreciated. Booking id: A[protected] Car no: 7255 Chauffer no: [protected]
