[Resolved]  Easy Cab — Don’t believe on Easy cab services

I had booked for Easy Cab facility on 27st July 2011 for 21:10 and my pick time was on 28th July 2011 on 5:30 A.M. (Patparganj to New Delhi Railway Station). On 27th night your executive confirm me my booking status and he told me we will send the cab no. before 30 mins your pick time. He was true on 28th 5:00 A.M. I got the confirm SMS for your side.
But on 5:30 your Cab drive call me and says to me I can’t come on your home so you can arrange any other cabs and says to me “Jo karna hai So ker lo” . I was shocked and call easy cab Executive for help. But easy cab executive give the negative answer and same time call the cab driver he was not picking my phone and cut the line.
I think this is your services. Really on 28th morning was very horrible, I can’t explain on mail. I need compassion because on 28th I paid more money to other cab service and my journey was dangerous (in my hand I was has only 25 min.). If customer do something wrong then easy cab claim penalty. This time I want to say again for my compassion.
