[Resolved]  Easy Cab — Troubling customers with poor service and fraud

I have booked Easy cab from their web page on 31st Dec-2011 afternoon
pik up on 31st night 10pm drop to Bangalore international airport.

after booking completion referance no. appeared and after that no SMS or mail
or phone call. Since i had faced similar problem few months ago i thought
let me wait till 9:30pm if no response i decided to go by airport bus run by BMTC.

they called me at 9:45PM when i was in volvo bus and asking me whrere is the pick up place.
Few months ago when i booked over phone they said booking confirmed and they send driver details
through SMS. I did not receive any sms and i called them to confirm what happend they say sorry no cab available
for today they can send cab tomorrow only. Its meanigless my flight is today and very difficult to arrange other cab.
SOme how i managed to arrange friends car...

So 2 times they cheated me for airport drop booking.
This is not acceptable. What if a tourist of other country face this problem
who will pay if we miss international flight because of Easy cab negligence?

EASY CABS IS A FRAUD COMPANY THEY PLAY WITH YOUR TIME GIVING YOU WRONG INFORMATION THEY HAVE GIVEN CINFORMATION

This same incident happed to one of my friends 2 times. Easy cab call center people book the cab immediately when u call and send the SMS also and when just 5 minutes before when u call to know when the car would be coming, they simply say that "No sir/madam your booking has been cancelled half an hour back" with a great irritation. And when I asked that "But U did not send me any info about that." They said, " No, we have already send, may be some technical problem." So, please please do not rely on their service for some serious work at least. They are really running a fraud and harassing service to the people.

I am deeply annoyed with the kind of service Easy cab provided me. I regularly take cab service through Meru , but this time i tried Easy cab on 26th May and booked for 9:45 AM (Bangalore) . The booking was Confirmed ID : B[protected] Car No : 3026 . Infact this was the 3rd confirmation given to me and it was completely fuzz wether the driver is coming or NOT . Everytime i tried to check the status I was told 10 mins the driver will reach . But finally at 11 , I booked Meru cab which reached by 11:20 .
I had lost 80 mins and my parents who were supposed to reach by 10:30 had reached by 12.

SHAME ON EASY CAB!!


This is pathatic on part of Easy cab who claims to be giving customer service first.
