[Resolved]  Easy Cab — Hit and run case at Marol - Mumbai

Dear Team,

Wanted to share with you an incident that happened with me this morning while on my way to work.

Incident details:-

Date :- 28th June 2012
Time :- 12:15pm
Place / Venue:- Marol Makhwana road

While I was walking on my way to work one of your speeding easycab car knocked me down as I was hit from behind.
I would had been run over by the car if I had not rolled to my right (Away from the cab).
As I somehow manage to gather myself, I had to run in order to stop the driver from speeding away.
It was a clear hit and run case if had not to stop the driver.

Once the car was stationed, the driver who was dressed in a towel was not at all co-operative as I wanted on check on his driving licenses & his car papers.
Later on I realized that he was not the owner on the car, he was just a mechanic.
I had taken the car key from him & the car is now locked & parked at the same place where the accident happened.

I have been trying contacting you guys on you toll free number but was no help, with the help of my collogues I managed to reach office & finally tried my best to narrate the incident to your call center executives. In my possession I still hold the key of the car and the Xerox papers

I have been in touch with Sachin (Call center team leader) Swati from emergency help line [protected].

Please let me know in what way will I get compensated.
