I had booked a cab on 25-Jun-10 from Okhla phase 3 to Faridabad.I got a confirmation message in half an hr or so that i will get the cab at 2:15PM. When cab didnt arrived i called up the driver and came to know that he did not receive any duty request. when i called up in easy cab customer care i got to know that IT WAS A SYSTEM GENERATED PROCESS AND SOME FAULT HAPPENED and cab is not available. The only solution i got from the customer care executive was to book a cab again.. and DEPENDING UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CAB I WOULD GET A CAB. This is ridiculous, Even when the fault was from their end i had to suffer and cancel the meeting. I would prefer the cabs like meru or mega who are more professional in dealing.
