Easy Cabs — ID A[protected] twice charged for the same destination

Dear Sir/Madam Refer to the booking ID A[protected], car no-06942 and your cad Driver charged twice for booking (381.80INR from my HDFC Credit Card and 431.80 -cash) from Tata Cimmunications Guest House , GK-1 to Airport Delhi on dated 15th Sep_13 6.00AM booking. I complained on the number[protected] but in vain. I think this is not good for organisation like Can you please confirm that how you are going to refund my amount on priority.
