I had booked for an Easy cab for 8.30 a.m on the 13th morning. Booking was done and confirmed Booking no. A[protected] at 4 a.m. on that day.
Got a call at 8.03 from Pawan Easy cabs - customer service no.[protected] informing that they could not send a cab. note that thsi was a last minute information . no rain excuse as there aws only a lsight drizzle.
At 8.15 a.m. the sms also came in as follows.
Dear Customer, due to a technical error, we are unable to service booking no. A[protected]. Please ignore the Car details sent. We deeply regret the inconvenience
This is defintely unaccepatable and a 2nd similar experience with Easy cabs .
