Easy Cabs — No show | |||
hi, I booked a Cab Via Easy cabs for the[protected] for 3.45 am , the booking was done prior on wed 12:37, I was given a booking ID A[protected]. and was informed that will get an sms 40 mins prior to the scheduled time . Called at 3.20 am on the[protected], was informed by the Customer service agent , that will receive sms in 5 mins , called back again after 10 mins of not receivieng the message, this time he said the request is not been processed.At 3 .34 am i get a msg " Dear customer, due to technical error , we are unable to service booking no A[protected]. Please ignore the car details sent. We Deeply regret the inconvenience. No details were sent in the first place , and the customer service agent had no clue , pathetic service, It was 3 .45 am and we were calling these useless people who have useless pathetic service.
