[Resolved]  Easy Day — Misbehavior of staff

I have visted on 9/1/11 the newly opened easy day outlet in sanjay place agra. In the electronic section i was checking features of some camera and at that time a staff member named PINTO misbehaves me saying "YOU NEED NOT TO TOUCH THINGS IN THIS SECTION".
I politely replied that if you people are openly displaying than why we dont touch or check the products.
Then Mr. Pinto in rude and abusing manner said some bad words which i cant post here.
Also writed in the visiters book of easy day outlet about the same.
Hoping for good and quick response for the managing authority.

My name is Mayank Mishra & my complain is regarding to your store employees who are associated with the billing process.
Today on 5/01/12 i had visited to your easy day store placed in Patel Nagar 3 Ghaziabad-201001, there I had purchased few items costing Rs 277.15/- (bill no TC# 149380027242419903080)according to your billing staff but after checking the bill I have found it is wrong because they had added some items which was not purchased by me.
Then I had complained about this later and they accepted there mistake. But if I had not seen this later then my money is lost. This is the second incident happened to me.
I think this might be happened to the other customers also.
Please look into this matter.

My name is Er. Vijay Kumar Sharma & my complaint is regarding to your store employees who are associated with the billing process.
yesterday on 10/08/12 at time 18.01 pm. i had visited to your easy day store placed in plot no-3 Karnail Singh Nagar Phase 2 Pakhowal Road Ludhiana, there I had purchased few items costing Rs 309.50/- (bill no S# 1192OP#00000048EL02TR06488).
1) Mr.Pardeep Kumar at cash counter his conversation with customer is very in rude and abusing manner said some bad words and he thrown one tofee of cost 0.50 p on me .
2) one thing is that i have noted that Mr. Pardeep Kumar put the coins in to toffee box. no change pay to the customer.
3) in the material rack nimbuz600 rate is written Rs23/- but he charges Rs.24.75/-.
4) Mr.Pardeep Kumar is not fulfill the respect with customer me.
5) In the show room no body to help me to find the material, the sales man are parking here and there and busy in there talking.
6) we are purchased the all kinds of material of cost above Rs.10000/- in each month from easy day mkt.
i am not satisfy with your staff attitude at above cited store.In the way he has insulted me.So i feeling very Guilty.
This is the second incident happened to me.
I think this might be happened to the other customers also.
Please look into this matter.

Dear Sir, Madam,
I had a very bad experience in your Easy Day Bhandup Mumbai store.

I am a regular customer of Easyday as it is in my vicinity and I do all my grocery from Easyday.

I purchased 8 Packet of Amul Milk from the store on 22nd Aug, but when I boiled all of them got spoiled.

I complained this on 26th Aug (today) to Customer Care person( Mr Hari Prasad) in the store, but instead of replacing it, he started yelling me that it is customer responsibility to check the Expiry date and Easyday can sell Expired product. I was having so much of trust on easy day until yesterday. I used to buy the milk for my 1 year old kid without ever caring to check the expiry date. The store at one side sold the expired product and on the other side the customer care behaved so badly. If it would have been any other store (reliance or big baaar) then they would have listened to me, instead of blaming customer for not checking the expired product.

I told him that I am not satisfied with his reasoning that customer is responsible for purchasing expired product and need to speak to his senior. He introduced me to Mr Kamlesh saying that he is the store manager. Mr Kamlesh was laughing at me and told me that he can do nothing as it is my(Customer ) mistake that I purchased the expired product from easyday. I felt so humiliated and left the place immediately.

Is this is the way easyday works? I will not shop from easyday in future and will write negative feedback about easy day in all the websites .

If by any chance my Kid would have drank the expired milk and got sick then who was responsible?

I need Easyday top management to please take action and please guide Mr Kamlesh and Mr Hariprasad on behaving with customer.

Mera memberships card ke bin Bill nikala guard ne fir aapka easyday ka staff aata he or mereko bolta he galti aapki he or 1 rupee nikalkar ke bolta he ye lo le jao jese me usse koi bheek mang raha hu fir mene usse apna card attach karaya to comment karne laga
Or store aayanagar delhi mahroli to gurugram road wala tha
I am from Bareilly and my complaint is that easy day dd puram manager is not giving us our duffle bag, he was only giving to his friends .please look into this matter
