[Resolved]  Easycabs — Refund

I traveled from Delhi to Gurgaon on 26 Jan-2013 in EasyCab. I asked the cab driver if he can take Credit Card and he agreed. My mistake he charged rs.5000 extra i.e 5751 instead of Rs.751. He made me talk to an easycab executive Mr.Adil who told me send to an email with all my details and I will get the refund in 5 Working Days. On 5th feb I got a call that I will receive on 5th feb itself but its 11feb now and no cheque is received as yet. Whenever I call the number:[protected] the phone is picked up by Mr.Aman or Mr.Adil who promise that they will call in the next two hrs and I have called 6 six times but I still waiting for a response.
