[Resolved] Easycabs — Irresponsible and unreliable | |||
Bunch of irresponsible guys. I booked a cab from Koramangala to Banaswadi railway station 36 hours before and I got a booking confirmation by sms. I called the customer care 30 mins before the scheduled cab time since I did not get an SMS with the driver details and I was assured of an sms in next 15 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes and 10 minutes before my intended start time, I receive an sms regarding the cancellation of the cab due to unavailability of cabs in my area. I had to find an alternate mode of transport at the last minute with my kid. How can I file a consumer complaint against this irresponsible and unreliable unprofessional cab service provider. I will never use their service in the future and recommend that nobody should use them or you will be stuck at the last minute. Was this information helpful? | |||
