[Resolved]  Easycabs — UNPROFESSIONALISM

I am AMULAY RAI ([protected]/ [protected]) from Saket.

I had booked a cab with Easycabs on the 11th March'2013 at 05:15 AM for my train to Lucknow at 06:15 AM. I had called on 10th evening at 06:10 PM to make the booking (12 hours in advance). I received a confirmation message at 06:14 PM for a cab confirmation. Like a fool I slept off thinking I have dealt with a responsible company. I called the customer care at 04:55 AM on 11th morning as I had not received any can details when i was informed that my booking has been cancelled. I then on received a message at 04:58 AM mentioning that my cab is cancelled. I tried connecting with other cab services but no one could provide me a cab in a span of 10 minutes. I had given my car for service thinking I will be out of town for 3 days.
As it could happen because of a irresponsible company like EASYCABS, i missed my train, had to rust to the airport and took a 09:10 AM Indigo flight to Lucknow, which costed me Rs 6,549/-
I have called the customer care thrice to put a complaint but every time I get a complaint number and no bothers to reply back.
I need to put up a complaint and will definitely register a case against the lousy functioning of this company and want to make them realize that they cant turn around and refuse to customers at the eleventh hour. If they cant provide a cab, they should not confirm by message, that too 12 hours before the scheduled time.
