i m a government school teacher under west bengal government under bardhman division. I cast my vote for 180-srirampore assembly. School demanded from me certificate to prove the casting of vote, then only they can grant me leave.Even though i produced it they mentally harassed me.Is it my fault to demand leave to cast my vote

I have not received my identity card at my address given in form when filled and submitted yet in the voter list i have found my name with identity card number mentioned in voter list.
