[Resolved]  Electrolux Refrigerator Model No Dff. 40 — REPLACEMENT DUE TO DAMAGE/ BURNT

we bougt above model on 3rd jan 2005 and after two years since december2007 to august 2008 i spent almost rs 10000/- on repairing
mainly on account of freezer not workingdue to heater problem.
on 22nd aug 2008 on our complaint again heater was changedby the co. however same day the internal body of freeze got burntbeyond repair. after complaint co representative visited us and told that this can not to repaired and shall replace the same. then the nightmare starts and till today they have not done any thing inspite of thousand of request and complaints rather behave very rudly and show insensativity towords customer.
