hi,
i bought the Electrolux refrigrator from Bholi Bros., Amritsar model no-Er-65 on 08-01-09 .The Refrigrator is not working properly.i have called them for replacement of my product many times, but they always respond very boorishly.the rubber along the refrigrator gate has come off.the service of the company is extremely poor ..all my vegetables becomes rotten daily.the cooling is not proper.i want replacement of the product immediately .otherwise i knock the door of consumer court.. i hope i will the reply soon from the company and dealer in amritsar...i will higly obliged for the action

    I am a satisfied customer of Electrolux Kelvinator Refrigirator- Ozone EKL 235 FF by performance.
    My problem is the Storgae container.
    As after 4 years o[censored]se my Vegetable basket is broken & i have tried all the dealer/ retailer of Electrolux for the new Vegetable basket but find no taker.
    No dealer or Retailer entertain me.

    I dont expect just for Vegitable container I should go for new Fridge.

    hope company will attend my problem.

      I purchased an ELECTROLUX fridge of model OXYPLUS LUXURY - model no. : ER190L, Sl no :72401805 of Capacity 180 Ltr. on 08.11.2007.

      Now the problem is that "The Screw in the Deep Fridge portion has come out and the box is hanging" .
      I complained to your distributor "PAYAL ELECTRONICS, 48 J N TIWARI ROAD, KOLKATA - 700 028, Ph No. :[protected], 3298 9805" ( I had bought the fridge from Payal Electronics). They sent a service man to repair the same, but he could not repair. According to them they are helpless because the warranty period is over by just only 4 (four) months .

      Now my question is :
      1) Whether your fridges are having only one year life span ?
      2) What am I to do with the existing problem ?
      3) Can I not expect a good gesture on your part to consider my case as this is a case of major breakdown just after completion of the warranty period ?

      For a company of your repute, I hope you will look into the matter as urgent and solve the problem immediately .

      i bought a refrigerator from ur company in july 2006 and now its compressor its not working n we had call to your customer care around 10 times n they did not send anyone and now we are fed up with your company and they always give me a new complaint no. now recent new complaint no. is DEL[protected] this no. we got on 23 april, 2009. plz take action on this otherwise we will go in consumer court.

        I bought a refrigerator 365 ltrs. MODEL NO. ER-40SS PS vide Serial No. 50400298 from Navrang AUDIO VIDEO PVT. LTD., D-10, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, DELHI 92 on 02.05.2006. A week back it stopped working and the complaint was lodged with M/s Dyna Enterprises (AUTHORISED SERVICE DEALER) and there service engineer arrived and inspected the refrigerator, he produced a bill of Rs. 400/- (RUPEES FOUR HUNDRED ONLY) as his visiting charges and said that the compressor is not working and has to be changed and for that job I have to pay him Rs. 3600/- for the repairs.
        On purchasing the same refrigerator I was told that warranty on the compressor is four years. I was not aware that buying an Electrolux product will land me in soup.
        Can anybody from your side help me in this regard?

            I had purchased an Eloctrolux Air conditioner last year from the Gupta Agencies, Buxibazar, cuttack. It was defective from the beginning and whenever we complain they send their mechanic and after doing some repair they tell that it will be all right.. But till now there is no change and no action is being taken from the Company. So I am going to approach the consumer forum by 20th, April, 09 as the guarantee period is expiring on 24.4.09

            International Furniture brands a furniture company bought Electrolux refrigerator few years back.it has jus stopped working. please send someone from your company to check the fridge as soon as possible. Thanx

            Raised complaint on 12/12/2013 but still dint get any solution Warranty expires on 15/06/2014. No one is responding to mail and phone.

              I own a Electrolux Fully Automatic Washing Machine ( EW 1045 FX) . The garment were not drying and the machine tub was even after drying.
              I registered a complaint through the customer care dept ( customer complaint No. gur[protected]) on 27 th march 09. Even post 24hrs duration noone from the service center called .
              After constant reminders i recieved a call from a tecnician that he will be visting our place at 2 pm on 1st April09. On asking for his mobile no. he refused to give it. As this visist was fixed after a intense followup i cancelled all my appointments and waited for him till 2 pm. Noone came and nether called . My entire day got WASTED.

              I called the customer care center to complaint and to get the details for the service station o that i can call them directly. The number[protected] given to me was incorrect. Even after sevral calls i got the same number from their call center.

              It has been mine worst experience . never came across such unprofessional response. I suggest NOBODY should buy Electrolux Kelvinators products as you will be frustrated.

                1. Purchased on 11 November 2006. Model No.: EM18EG70SL. Serial No.: 51403513
                2. Since June 2008 the oven is not at all functioning, even the light is off.
                3. Lodged the first complain at Electrolux Service Centre, located at Kankar Bagh, Patna, Bihar, India in June 2008 itself. We asked for the COMPLAIN NUMBER, but they refused.
                4.One Service Engineer visited after a few days of complaint and found that the Magnatrone and a couple of minor things to be repaired / replaced. He assured us to satisfy us within a few days.
                5. But unfortunately, TILL DATE there is no response from the Service Centre. Whenever we make a telephonic call to them, they assure us that, DUE TO UNAVAILIBILITY OF MAGNATRONE THEY ARE NOT COMING TO OUR PLACE, BUT SHORTLY THEY WOULD COME DOWN AND REPAIR THE OVEN.
                6.Now we are totally fade up and extremely disappointed of your AFTER SALE SERVICE. We don't know what to do right now. This is our last effort. Thus, the oven is approaching towards the EXPIRY OF WARRANTY of the Magnatrone. Then we won't have any option but to either pay for a new Magnatrone or to proceed for the Consumer Forum of India.

                  Hi,

                  I own an electrolux washing machine for past 5 years. recently there has been some problem with the machine. I had purchased this machine from Pai in R T nagar, Bangalore.

                  It has been 4 weeks since I have complained to the numbers given to me but so far nobody has come to repair the machine and these two complaint numbers[protected] and[protected] nobody ever picks up the phone there.

                  very very poor service from electrolux. i would never recommend this brand to anyone !
                  I am an regular user of electrolux but if something goes wrong with the machine no one is their to help by sending a service man . My fully automatic washing machine is not working since 5 weeeks but service centre is ready to send a engineer.

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that I had bought a double door refrigerator of Electrolux (Model – ERP 245 FF Ozone, Serial No. – 60909630, PNC –[protected] from M/s Palak Enterprises, 19, Kalimati Road, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand on 17th April’06 for Rs 12, 500/- vide bill no. 3168.

                    The same was working fine but one sudden fine day the cooling of the refrigerator stopped and we contacted the local customer service at Ranchi M/s N K Electrical & Refrigeration, workshop of M/s Take Care (I) P Ltd, Near Main Road, Ranchi (Ph:[protected],[protected]as I has shifted to Ranchi from Jamshedpur) and they sent their technician on 22nd Jan’09 and confirmed that the compressor has developed a problem and since the same is under warranty, it will be replaced at no extra cost and we have to pay only a visit fee of Rs 250/-. We paid the amount of Rs 250/- and he assured that the compressor would be replaced within a week’s time.

                    From here the story begins. On a number of queries thereafter to N K Electrical & Refrigeration they kept the matter pending and made a number of false commitments:

                    v That the compressor had not arrived from the company and hence would require some more time,
                    v That the compressor has been dispatched from New Delhi and is in transit etc.

                    In March middle, again we made a query and to our surprise, we were informed that the compressor was absolutely fine, but the evaporator had developed a leakage and all together the cost of repairing will be around Rs 2400 (including replacement of some other parts).

                    We were left with no other option, but to proceed with the same, as we believed that our product was in right hands (authorized service station of the company).

                    Finally on 25th March’09 we visited the service station personally to take the delivery of the refrigerator and after waiting for almost an hour or so, we were told that they are in the process of checking the same and so they will deliver the same in the eveining.

                    We paid an amount of Rs 2000 (Bill no. 355 dt. 25/3/09 of M/s N K Electrical & Refrigeration for change of evaporator, filter drier, gas change and Fan motor) and left.
                    The refrigerator was delivered to us on 26th March’09 and when we used the same on 27th March’09, we found that the problem was not solved at all and the refrigerator still did not do any cooling.

                    We again contacted the service station and again the people came and took the refrigerator for repairing on 28th March’09.

                    We are still waiting for a solution and are feeling cheated by the company / their authorized service center representatives because:

                    v On first instance they told us that the refrigerator will be repaired at no extra cost
                    v There was only a compressor fault and that to was under warranty
                    v We waited for almost one and a half months
                    v They changed their position and told that compressor is fine but other parts are defective and we will have to pay Rs 2400 extra
                    v We again waited and even after payment of Rs 2000 for parts, no improvement in the product functioning was there

                    We totally feel that the service center person has shattered all our trust and faith and our expenditure of Rs 2250 (Rs 2000 + Rs 250) has entirely went in drain. We even doubt that whether the service station person has actually changed any parts or has just made money out o[censored]s.

                    This was a very bad experience to us and as such we will never promote anyone to buy electrolux products.

                    We feel that the company should look into the matter and provide us a solution as soon as possible and if the service center has charged us wrongly then a refund should b made to us.

                    Looking forward towards a prompt reply.

                    electrolux ERP 245 — refrigerator not working properly from the day one

                    Dear Sir/Madam
                    I have bought one refrigerator from your dealer Kohli Digital Home at jalandhar on 08/11/2007 bill no.713. They delivered it at my place in jalandhar. From that day the refrigerator was not working properly. I get the compressor changed from their service centre. then i got shifted to Bathinda. Then again I faced problem of no cooling. Now thrice they have changed the compressor and one time the timing box, but problem persisits as it is.I have my complaint registered at your call centre at chandigarh on 16/08/2008, but nobody has contacted or visited us, complaint no. is 5i[protected]. Please look into the matter s there is no response from your side

                    Our electrolux refrigerator DFF-40 was purchased in Chennai in 2006 and relocated at Lucknow in Nov 2007. Recently the fridge has stopped working properly. The freezer is cooling but the main fridge is not cooling.
                    My main problem is to locate the after sales service centre at Lucknow. The number given with the literature has been changed and the new number is not available.
                    Kindly help.

                      My air-conditioner of the said company is out of order from 26/02/09 model no EAS19CRDDW i had made several complains but they had only reach us once and just made my ac work for some few minuites the ac again went out of order again i made several complains but no service people of the said compay turn up till date.

                        I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAIN AGAINST MY DEFECTIVE MICROWAVE, PURCHASED ON 24/4/07 FROM KHOSLA ELECTRONICS, HOWRAH. A PERSON NAMED SAIFFUDDIN CAME FROM SERAMPORE SERVICE CENTRE ON 25/10/08 AND AFTER WATCHING THE MICROWAVE HE TOLD THAT THE MAGNETRON ( 3 YEARS WARRANTY ) WAS DEFECTIVE AND ASSURE ME TO ON 25/10/08 BUT HE DIDN'T COME YET. THEN, ON 26/11/08 I HAD LODGED AN ANOTHER COMPLAIN AND THE COMPLAIN NO. IS - 6K[protected]. AN EMPLOYEE HAD COME FROM SERAMPORE SERVICE CENTRE AND AFTER FOUNDING THE MICROWAVE DEFECTIVE HE TOLD THAT HE WOULD COME VERY SOON AND REPLACE THE MAGNETRON BUT DIDN'T COME YET. THEN I HAD CALLED SERAMPORE SERVICE CENTRE FOR SEVERAL TIMES AND EVERY TIME THEY TOLD THAT THEY WOULD COME SOON. ONE DAY I HAVE CALLED SERAMPORE SERVICE CENTRE AND ASKED, "THE MAGNETRON IS AVAILABLE OR NOT ?" THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY PHONE ASKED ME, "WHO ARE YOU ?" THEN I TOLD HIM, " YOU DO NOT KNOW ME, I AM MAINAK ADHYA." THEN HE TOLD ME, "CALL WHOM, WHO KNOWS YOU." AND THEN CUT MY PHONE. THEN I TOLD EVERYTHING TO KHOSLA ELECTRONICS ( ON THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY ) AND TOLD THEM TO CHANGE THE MICROWAVE OR REFUND MY MONEY. THE VERY NEXT DAY SAIFFUDDIN FROM SERAMPORE SERVICE CENTRE PHONED ME TO CHANGE THE MAGNETRON. BUT I REFUSED TO TAKE THE SERVICE BECAUSE IF THIS KIND OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY ELECTROLUX, ( WHO DEMANDED NO.1 SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA ) THEN IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN FUTURE THEN I CAN EXPECT THE SERVICE. THEN I PHONED MR. KANWAR ( MOB NO. [protected] ) AND TOLD EVERYTHING IN DETAILS. SOMEONE ON BEHALF OF MR. KANWAR TOOK THE PHONE AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD REPLIED SOON. BUT NO ONE PHONED ME.

                        SO NOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK AGAINST THE MICROWAVE.

                        sorry to say but you should not have bought Electrolux products it is represented by Videocon group and you must be aware they Videocon company is in dumps.

                        Kenstar, Akai, Hyundai (TV), Electrolux are all part of Videocon hence in future dont go for these brands.

                          my refrigerator is not giving cooling & refrigerating effect . Several times complaints were lodged since October 2007 but till date the refrigerator could not be made functional though mechanics have visited my site from following companies:-
                          (1) STAR SERVICE, VIKRAM PURI, KARKHANA, SECUNDERABAD now shifted to some other place
                          (2) VENUS HOME APPLIANCES, BOWENPALLY, SECUNDERABAD
                          My COMPLAINT numbers are-:
                          ( 1) 8B[protected] Dated 4 OCTOBER 08(repeatedly reminded to send mechanic but no response for a month)
                          (2) 8B[protected] Dated 11 Nov 08.
                          (3) 09HYD[protected] Dated 05 Jan 09( Again repeatedly reminded, thereafter forced to lodge complaint since no response).
                          (4) HYD[protected] Dated 11mar 09.
                          Now I am only left with the option to approach consumer court for redressal since efforts & inclination from the companies side, due to irresponsible & lackadaisical attitude, does not seem to be forthcoming.                           Electrolux Refrigerator — no cooling & freezing

                          Since yesterday My fridge is not working, It is not cooling & freezing, My product : Electrolux life nourishing & product code : ER40FF
                          I purchased my Refrigerator in Oct'2006 from VEEJAY ENTERPRISES, TIRUPATHI.

                          It was worked satisfactorily for one year. There from there is no proper work geting from it. There is no cooling comming properly and facing shoaking problem.

                          Due to several personal circumastances shifed to Mantralayam(kurnool dist) near to ADONI.

                          Contacted with the above supplier regarding this problem. He suggest us to conact with the nearest dealer. Hence, we approach with Sri Dipthi Digital Shoppe, Adoni. and get your customer care Nos.

                          COMPLAINT REGISTERED NO. WAR[protected] DATED 16/10/09.

                          We are not using the Refrigerator since one year due to this problem and kept aside.

                          Hence, we request you please take action immediately for rectification of our problems.

                          Please do the needful at the earliest.

                            1.I had purchased an Electrolux Micro Oven 25 Ltr Convection on 19/10/2006 vide Memo No. BA/CR/0375 of M/s Balaji Agencies, Kacheri Road Rourkela, Orissa. The details of said is as per below :-
                            a)Model EM25EC86SL
                            b)Serial No.[protected]
                            c)PNC No.[protected]

                            2.At that time M/s Balaji Agency is an authorized dealer of Electrolux

                            3.After gap of two years the same Micro Over Cum convection was started giving problem, particularly the Touch pad Switch.

                            4.On 25th December’2008 I raised a complaint to M/s Jai Balaji Refrigeration & Co., DM/31, Basantinagar, Rourkela-769012, Orissa, who is an authorized service center of Electrolux.

                            5.Immediately there is a response from M/s Jai Balaji Refrigeration and they have changed the PCB and Touch pad which cost Rs.2450/- including service charges. I have paid Rs.2450/- as per Job Order bill dated 29/12/2008 against Job Order No. JBRC/131/08-09 of M/s Jai Balaji Refrigeration and they have handed over the Micro Oven to me.

                            6.But the very next day i.e. 30th Dec’2008 it started giving same problem. Again I have rushed to M/s Jai Balaji Refrigeration with the problem. They have visited to my house and taken back the PCB and Touch pad for replacement.

                            7.After 30th Dec’2008 the main problem started, every week I have rushed to M/s Jai Balaji Refrigeration and every time I got a response from Mr. Nayak (Ph.no.[protected]) of M/s Jai Balaji Refrigeration, a new PCB is come from Bhubaneswar which will be replaced. I have rushed to M/s Jai Balaji Refrigeration almost 15 times till today even though my broken right leg. I have also telephone Mr. Nayak in his phone no.[protected] about 30 times, almost 80% time he has avoided to talk with me.

                            8.Finally on 28.02.2009 after gap of two months Mr. Nayak of M/s Jai Balaji Refrigeration has confirmed be over phone that my Micro Oven convection is not repairable, PCB of the same model of Electrolux is not available in the company, he will returned my money.

                            9.In my opinion first time M/s Jai Balaji Refrigeration has not changed my PCB, only he has cleaned the same old PCB. This is the after sales service provided by Electrolux to his Customer.

                            I am not able to find email address of Electrolux company where I can file the complaint directly and enquire as to why Electrolux company has so poor in after sales service when repairing is concerned.                             With due respect I wish to say I have purchased one eletrolux fridge 240D on 30.10.2005 from M/s Jalan Musical Centre, Shaktinagar, Distt- Sonebhadra, U.P.- 231222, Authorized Dealer . I would like to bring into you kind notice that right from beginning, fridge was having problem of sweating (when getting defrost ice melts and water drains inside of fridge) . Several complaints were done at Shop (Jalan musical centre), and accordingly technicians came also for approx 10-15 times but the problem could not be resolved.

                            Last month it was told to me that my fridge will be replaced with new one. For that I have to submit my existing fridge and new fridge will be delivered within one month.
                            On completion of approx one month when I asked about the fridge, employee of M/s Jalan Musical Centre told me that officials from Electrolux distributors, at Varanasi wing will contact me . Since nobody from Electrolux distributors contacted me, I contacted to Sh Ashish & Sh Vivek, Area Manager Varanasi division, Electrolux. They told me that since fridge was being used since 3 years, depreciation cost will be charged from me and for refund of balance amount I have to choose any product of elctroux.

                            My question is

                            When problem could not resolved within one year guarantee period why fridge was not been replaced at that time.

                            When old fridge, to be replace with new one, was carried from my house, why it was not told to me that depreciation cost will be cut.

                            Now since two months no action hasben taken

                            Kindly look into this matter otherwise I will take further necessary steps.

                              Hello...I had given a complaint at the Service center in Palarivattom on Phone and i was provided a complaint number in the month of January and till date no one has tuned up to resolve the same. This is my final reminder. I expect a reply in 48 hours. Since the next two days being non working days i give you time to respond on the same till 10/03/09.                               If there is no response on this complaint till 10/03/09 there will be mails sent to all my friends and relatives and their friends and relatives on the service and product of your company which may affect your sales and after sales services.

                              ELECTROLUX MICROWAVE OVEN — Not supplying with Company's Spares

                              I puched a microwave oven ( Elctrolux - 21 lits)from Great Eastern Trading, Kolkata. The turntable syncronous motor has become faulty after 18 months. When contacted with service agent, a technichian came around, charged me inspection charges ( Rs.280/-) and brought a motor from the the local market, which is not getting fitted in the position. He says, he will get another in 2 days time and replace it.
                              My question is, how is it that the service agents are unable to get genuine spares from Electrolux for replacement. How do I know that I am charged reasonably. This agent, I feel, is like a local shop working on his own without any support from the Manufacturer.

                                Electrolux Washing Machine — regarding replacement of lid of splinning chamber

                                Dear Sir,

                                The lid of spinning chamber of my Electrolux-WM-EWS70TCGO washing machine has broken.It is in warranty period.your service center is asking for replacement charges(although in warranty card it is clearly mentioned that replacement of broken/damaged part will be made free of charge.There is no fault or mishandling on my part regarding operation of the washing machine. I have requested several times to dealer & your service center but all in vain .
                                please help me in getting the replacement. confirm your action plan urgently

                                I am also facing the same problem with Elctrolux Washing manchine, after complaining several times regarding the broken lid for replacement at service centre, not able to get proper reply from any one at the centre. No one is ready to give proper solution. Company should keep parts also when manufacturing such costly electronic items.

                                  We have registered a complaint with Sainath enterprises customer care service (Franchise-EKL Appliances Limited, H.No 15 No, Chinathokata, bowenpally, secunderabad-500009 Ph.No[protected]regarding our fully automatic Electrolux washing machine in the month of January.In response to it they have sent a technician on 28 of Jan.The technician has taken away the motor of the machine which is the primary requiste for the functioning of the machine . He has taken an advance of Rs.1000/- We have already informed the service center people regarding this issue to know that the person was abscanding from duty.They promised us to replace the motor, return the money as soon as possible.But we havent received any response from their side till now . The respective incharge Mr.ratan singh is not responding even if we try to contact. Hoping that the corresponding authorities will take necessary action and do justice as early as possible.

                                    Pathetic Pathetic service of Electrolux. I would never recommend anybody to buy its products. One should rather buy LG or Samsung who have equally good products but excellant service.

                                    I had logded a complaint which hasn't been resolved or even attended, instead the Company has closed it without informing. Complaint Number- GHA[protected] logded on 3rd Feb with faulty Microwave. The call centre guys have no clue and always say it will be done on priority. This is really bad. I wish i could be there and fix all of them up who never own there responsibility.

                                    I Have not come across any service center and call center like electrolux in my entire life. The services are really bad for international brand Electrolux

                                      We had purchased the above oven from Snehanjali, Vasai West @ Rs. 7500/- some months back.

                                      We are not at all happy with ELECTROLUX convection oven because it doesn't perform any function properly except for warming food.

                                      Also their after sales service is VERY POOR. They need lots of follow ups BUT of no use.

                                      HENCE, I ADVISE ALL PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS NOT TO BUY ELECTROLUX OVENS.

                                      INSTEAD LG OVENS ARE 100% BETTER.

                                        I have purchased a Elecrolux Kelvinator, Model No - ERP 245 FF from Parek Agencies Pvt Ltd, Kolkata dated 13-Oct-05. This has been purchased taking the mission of company statement, “To delight and deliver beyond expectation…” into account. But I was absolutely wrong and I have committed the biggest mistake by purchasing this brand with my hard earned money, despite of all my freinds suggesting not to go for this brand.
                                        This refregerator has a cooling problem due to its poor compressor. Thrice complaint has been registered

                                        Refrigerator — complaining again &again for improper cooling

                                        application no1142478 as on p.s.adhav phone no.25744323,can check details my compresor is not working properly as detected by tecnician send by u but he just detected it not changed so i m requesting u to plse provide service as soon as possible as i made contract with u for three years.

                                        Electrolux Kelvinator Refrigerators — Poor Product

                                        Sir/Madam,
                                        Most respectfully state you that I have purchased an Electrolux Kelvinator Refrigerator(Model ERP 245 FF) on 08.02.2007 from sales Emporium, Garia, Kolkata-84.From very first day there was a huge sound problem. It is like a generator sound from the fridge. I have contacted Electrolux people they told me its normal compressor sound. On 21.04.2010 I found that there is a cooling problem both in deep fridge and lower portion. Registered a complaint on 22.04.2010 (Complaint no. KLB 0422049). The technitian visited my home on 23.04.2010 and told me that there is a gas chocking problem and reapiring cost will be RS.1700. On 30.04.2010 people from S.A.M Appliances Service (391/21, Prince Anwar Shah Rd, Kolkata-68), Authorised service centre of Electrolux came to my home and took away the fridge after several communication from 23.04.2010. They delivered the fridge on 06.05.2010 after taking the fees of Rs.1731(Gas Charge 850.00, Drier 150.00, Service charge 331.00 and Transport 400.00). The fridge was ok. But again from 13.05.2010 the same problem arised. So, again complaint (No.KOL [protected]) on 14.05.2010. Today(15.05.2010) their technician came to my home and gave an estimation of Rs.1200 for repairing the cooling duct suspecting there is a leakage problem.
                                        Exatly I dont know what is going on.
                                        So please look into the matter and take necessory action as early as possible.
