The Family pension of Smt. Nirmla Devi bearing Account No.[protected] and Sh. Devender Singh bearing account No.[protected] were issued from Assistant Provident Fund Organisation Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, 28 Community Centre, Vazirpur Industrial Area Delhi to the AXIS Bank Najafgarh New Dehi-43 through PPO No.38437. Now, these pensions are not issued from PF office since Febuary, 2010. It is therefore requested that these pensions may be issued to AXIS Bank at the earliest. I have no any source for income except these pensions.

With reference to the above, I would like to bring the following to your kind notice that the following.
My Husband Mr. M. Krishnamoorthy was worked in M/s. Nirmala Monofil Pvt.Ltd., Combatore -2 and his PF No. TN/2580/56. He was expired on 16.02.2008 an accident in the above factory.
I Mrs.M Kalpana w/o. M.Krishanoorthy applied for my widow pension two and half years back but till date I have not received my pension.
I was personnel visited your office on 11.09.2010 and meet PRO and Accounts Section but they are not answer properly. Simply they told we have not received the any communication from Chennai office regarding Cancellation of Scheme Certificate No.23318 (Chenni PF No.TN/23840/23) ref. SL.No.2. I immediately called Chennai PF office pension section over phone Mr. Swamy Nathan, ( who deal my case in Chennai) and he clarified the dispatch of original Scheme Certificate. Then your accounts section personnel’s confirmed to me for receipt of the same by orally and he assured the pension will send within a month to me. But I have not received my pension even after 2month.
I am leaving Small Village faraway from Chennai so I am unable to visit your office every time and it is more expensive for me. Hence I send my brother to your office he is living near by Coimbatore. He visited your office several times and met PRO and Accounts section and I personally telephone to your office several times but I am not received pension or any positive reply from your end.
As on date 2 years and 5 months pass away but till date I have not received my widow pension or any correspondence from your end for delay of my pension.
I request the Honb’le Asst. Commissioner may kindly consider my prayer and settle my pension immediately.
