U P State Sugar Corporation — Transfer of Employees

At Present MD - Mr.Vinay Priya Dube o[censored]P State Sugar Corporation issuing transfer Letter to their Employees after declaring of Election Date. Back date mentioned in the Transfer letter. IS IT A WAY TO HONOUR OUR CONSTITUTION ?

with respect to withdrawl my provident fund, but my previous company is not agree for withdrawling the provident fund. i was worked 2 years in the company. now you say what i do for withdrawl myprovident fund.

With regards to my pension (PPO no 14765) with EPFO Meerut, my pension has recived But my Daughter(Pratibha sharma) pension has been not recived since two month, Son(Nithil sharma) pension has been not recived since two year.

so please release my mother pension.

My P.F amount of P.F. A/c No UP/209/1914 to be transfer to my a/c U.P.State Sugar Corporation E. P.F Trust Lucknow A/ c No.UP/3944/723 as per Form 13 A send by U.P.State Sugar Corporation E. P.F Trust Lucknow But the amount send by R.P.F Commissioner Meerut vide letter No. 26099 Dt.[protected] .Rs.21428/= to R.P.F.C. Kanpur.in place o[censored].P.State Sugar Corporation E.P.F. Trust Lucknow . Till todate I am suffering from your office mistake .Please look into the matter and arrange to transfer my P.F. amount alongwith upto date interest to my account .

Since 13.3.2013, I am getting the following message for the release of my pension:-

Claim ID : MRMRT[protected]
Status : CLAIM FORM 10d FOR PENSION FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MRMRT[protected] HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 13.03.2013 IS UNDER PROCESS.

Will it be convenient for you to inform as to how much time it takes to process the papers? On contacting my bank, the papers have not yet reached.

I shall obliged for an early action for release.

Status of Pension Payment Order: RPFC(I), Meerut -250006.

Form 10D have been send by RPFC Chandigarh vide letter
No.PB/CHD/[protected]?TRANS OUT/20437/8259 dated 19-March-2014 for A/C
No.PB/CHD/0001471/000/0010680, but till date no PPO has been released
and Payment also not credited my Bank A/C.

In this regard, it request you to kindly look into the matter and credit my SB account.

Speedy action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

With regards to my pension a/c UP MRT/PENTION/07/126557 (PPO no 20632) with EPFO Meerut, my pension has not been received since January 2014

Upon enquiring with bank officials at the branch where I am holding my pension a/c, I further came to know that the life certificate forms for this year have also sent from Punjab National Bank and with fax and email. I have also lodged a complaint in the grievance redressal forum of EPFO vide complaint no SRMRT/E/2014/00479 . Till date no action has taken place.
Please realised payment pent ion transfer to amount in a/c no is [protected] (PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, SEOHARA)

Kindly act on this matter urgently, since my family dependant upon the pension for my sustenance.
