I want to know how much time more is left to get my pf released.

My Name is Sunil Kumar Sourabh from Delhii. I resigned from Dent Aid in January 2006. I further applied for widrwal of my provident fund and submitted my forms on 30 july 2008 to the pf office situated at Nehru place Delhi. My pf account number is DL/33762/06. Till date I have not yet received my PF claims (16 January 2009). I have tried calling the PR of the department but to no avail either the phone is busy or there is no answer if at all the phone rings. Since I live in Mumbai I have also send a friend to the office to follow up and the officer at the pf office confirmed that the form was received but could give the date by which the amount will be disbursed. It’s sad that we have to run for our own money. I have done everything in my personal capacity to address the issue. Till date I have not yet received my PF claims (8 January 2009). I have tried calling the PR of the department but to no avail either the phone is busy or there is no answer if at all the phone rings. after that i rush to nehru place lots of time but every time i got a same answer that your money will be transffered in your account within 1 month It’s sad that we have to run for our own money. Regret to inform u that company closed his office all over india on 20.09.03 and salary paid to us till feb'03.

Inspite of giving several reminders & Personally visit to PF Office till date we have not recvd Our PF/FPF.

Nobudy is listen to us, PF DEPT always says that we are in touch with Company and same will resolve very soon...

We also know that ELBEE SERVICES LTD open his offices in others name EXPRESS IT As director of this company is Son of owner of Defaulter Company ELBEE SERVICES LTD.

If any one can help us, Pls write to me As we can't wait more.
