With reference to the above, you have sent two cheques: 1)829832. 2)110262/ 29.04.2009 to the saving bank account no. [protected]. Actually, my Citi Bank Savings account number is [protected]. So far the above said amount is not credited in my account. Kindly do the needful and send the amount to my Citi Bank Saving account no. [protected] at the earliest.

Though I was informed about my claim ID THTHA[protected] of my pension account number[protected] having been received in Kandivili R.O. on 24.04.2012 and is said to be under process, through SMS on mobile number [protected], I have not yet received my pension into my Bank of India acount till date. I have not yet been provided with PPO number which would have enabled me to check up my status. My present account number at Kandivili R.O. after my relevant papers have been transferred by Thane office is also not known.
How long does it take to process a simple pension claim form. It is more than six months of me having been informed that my claim is under process.
Kindly expedite as the pension amount for employees of private sectors like me is only a percentage and not an whole of what government employees are entitled.

Employees provident fund organisation, mumbai — provident fund not received
Sir,I have made several visits personally to PF office Bandra for the problem, till date I have not received my PF fund. My PF No: is MH/45815/91.
Since I have changed my bank and I have given all the details of the new banker to the PF office, still they have sent the money to the previous bank . Consequently it is not credited yet.
Kindly arrange to credit to my bank a/c at the earliest.
