Dear Sir/Mam,
I am here to complain in respect to my EPF withdrawal case pending with EPF, Bandra Mumbai office since[protected].
The details are as below-
EPF Account No. - MHBAN/2530/01939
Submitted/Received in EPF Office on - 23/MAY/2011 and acknowledged by their SMS's on the same day as
MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN[protected]
Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]
-Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]
for claims under completed forms 10C & 19
Still the claim request shows "under process" even 10 months after submitting all details such as bank A/c no.etc.
I have also registered under their epigms Grievance cell twice and have send several reminders till date, but there is no action.
Their Grievance/Public Relation Officer - Mr S R Tembekar and Mr.D.K.Nandurkar), phone no.s are as good as dead ones and they don't serve any purpose( [protected],[protected], 15/2/3/4/5 ), and besides registering so many complaints, none has even replied through email.
I would request you to kindly take this as a matter of concern, as not only to solve my issue, but for our other brothers & sisters who require their money in the time of needs.
