EPF India — My pf settlement claim status

Dear Sir,

Good Day! I am G.Sundaresan. My PF A/c No.TN/51486/95 ;Emp.No.08214. I understand the EPF/Pension Depts. have received the Claim Form on 08.09.'11 and it will take another two months to get the settlement, i.e. by Nov.'11 end.

Kindly arrange for an early settlement by Sep'11 end as I have urgent family commitments like paying Daughter's education fees etc..

i, AMRESH KUMAR RAI, my pf account no. KDMAL[protected] claim for pf settlement on 27/7/2011.Till today 06/10/2011 i have not recieved my pf amount.My mobile no is [protected] and [protected].please give the details.

My CPF claim has been submitted vide id No. MH/49575/14 on two occasions. Though, several other claims with the same employer is settled, my claim is yet to be settled by the Authorities for the reasons not known. I do not understand, as to why, even after strict laws are passed to settle the claims within one month's period, since my case is lingering for last one and half year. For this rightful claim also, one should fight with the Govt. authorities is very pathetic.

My p.f no is MH/37528/18296, My application form has been submitted on date 19-jan-2011 in RPFC, MALAD, KANDIVLI.Almost 10 months getting over by this month end. Still i didnt get my final settlement amont. I called no.of times to PF kandivli office and sent mail to respective department. I have logged complaint in EPFiGMS also. Still there is no proper update on my settlement status. Kindly update my status.

Registered my complains vide on line a no of times but on line status is showing
that docs received on 01/09/11 and is still under process as well as wrote back
to Mr Gautam Dixit Delhi South (Dwarka) but an automated mail received as for
on line complain yet no revert when I will get back my claims.The office no that
pertains no body receives it, so ultimately seek your intervention for the feedback.

on 29/06/2011 exactly after 60 days yet to no feed back or support that when

Hi,
Part of one's salary is kept aside to use in emergency / resettlement as providence money in literally. Now to get that your on hard earned money, you are running from pillar to post !!. This can happen only in our own "Mera Bharta Mahan". All the private sector employees should think twice before you enroll in these schemes. Mind you, the money when reach you, it won't be even enough to pay the interest for the cash you have arranged from elsewhere to tie over the situation.
The pen pusher Babus never think of the plight of the hapless member. They conveniently forget to inform the member how long it might take to settle the claim.Its time to act on the bundles of pending claims dumped in the back yard of EPF office Dwarka and elsewhere.

My pf got approved on 17th jan i got 25% amount on 18th and remaining 80% amount on 19th jan its now completely settled thanks.

It took 3month 23day to settel a payment just for a your information
.. I regestered grievance 2 times 3 times requesting mail to chennai pf office and 3 complains in this consumer complain website.. Guys u need to keep following up other wise it will take 8 to 9 month without follow up .

Dear Sir/Mam,

I was working for INGVYSYA Financial Services Karol Bagh Branch for 1year and 8 months. I left the organization on October 2007 and i completed all my formalities regarding PFand submitted the form to HR Deptt thrice and after following lots got confirmation mailproof from Ing Vysya HR Deptt that the form submitted to PF Deptt on Aug 2010.
