[Resolved]  EPFO Pune — PF claim amount not received

I filled my PF Withdrawqal form in 10th july, 2009, My PF No. MH/30933/552 Microline Inida Pvt. Ltd, Butte Patil Classic, Prabhat Road, Erandwana, Pune - 411004. I have not yet received PF amount. In PF Pune site shows claim will be received after 2 months. Why my claim is delayed?

iam karthikeyan worked as a iso in bajaj allianz life insurance co. pvt ltd. i claim my pf widthdrawal on 16/11/2009(my widthdrawal from reached your office).i sent lot off mails to your office.i recived a mail from you.(your widthdrawal under processes).but when i got my pf settellement.pl reply me sir i will thank full to you.

E P F O — DID NOT RECEIVED CLAIM AMOUNT.

MY EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND CLAIM AS DAN BUT STILE IT NOT CREDITED IN MY BANK .
MY PF NUMBER IS KN/35374/1389. I CLAIMED IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2009. COMPANY SAID THEY SEND BUT BANK SAID WE DINT RECEIVED AT.
WHAT TO DO NEXT.

I submitted my PF Withdrawl form During March,2011.Its acnowledge receipt from Pune Office Dated 23.04.2011, But till Date I Have not received the Claim.My PF No.is MH/121727 / 719

DEAR SIR I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PF WIDRAW FORM IN 26/06/2011.FIRM NAME KUMAR HOUSING CORPORATION. PF AC NO MH/31799/108.
FEW DAYS AGO MEET THERE ME PANKAJ THAKUR ABOUT CLAIM HE TELLS THAT YOU WILL CLAIM AMOUNT UPTO 20/10/2011.
ON DATE 10/10/2011 I AGAIN MEET HIM NOW HE IS TELLING ME THAT FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE NOT WITH MY APPLICATION 3A/6A CHALLAN RECONCILLATION FORM CD-2009/10 AND DBF FILE.
I THEN TALK TO KUMAR HR PERSON HE TELL ME THAT ALL DOCUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED WITH FORM.HR PERSON ALSO TALK TO MR PANKAJ THAKUR.HR PERSON TELL THAT I HAVE DOCUMNETS RECEIPT IN WHICH MENTION THAT ALL DOCUMENTS ARE RECEIVED.WHEN I TALK TO ME PANKAJ THAKUR HE TELLS THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED DOCUMENTS IF MISPLACE WHILE RECEIVING I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE.WHAT CAN DO IN THIS MATTER?

I K.Madhava Nath Worked in Spear Logistics pvt ltd and left in the month of Nov-2010 and submitted PF forms to Mr.Ravindar Chavan and informed. But in the month of June 22nd .2011 I received letter from PF office to saying that your account is locked but my account is regular till date. This matter I tiled our Hr Mr. Ravindar Chavan and send the scanned copy of bank statement and PF office copy on 23.06.2011. after sending mail I called and informed. i.e Plz tell at PF office the my account is not locked it is regular account. But still date my amount is not deposited in my account as of now.And he saying that from side I send all fromes to pf office you have to call and inform at pf office so now I am sending this mail to plz look at in to the matter and send what is the status as on date.I am sending my Pf account No also.

I hope you will tell and clear my PF issue.
