PF not received

I am Nandu Choudhary i was working with Planman Technologies (I) pvt. ltd.my PF No. is DL/34512/1354 I have submitted my PF withdrwal form in 01/04/2009 which was first accepted by EPFO, they have send my PF amount Cheues to Central Bank of Inida where i have an account. But I don't know why they said cheques has returned. I had contact with my Employer about this they said just send your ASR form and soon you will get you PF in your account.
I have send my ASR form to my Employer on june 2010, and they send that form to PF office Wazirpur, Delhi South branch on june 2010. but its been more than 6 month passed and the form have not been processed.
I would really appreciate if some one can please take it up and resolve this at the earliest.

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms 7 months back but till now i hvnt received my PF….this is shocking to see government being so slow in responding to the public….my PF NO. is DL/18597/218. KINDLY REPLY ASAP ON MY MAIL ID

My name is Gyanendra singh, i have account with delhi south branch when i tried to contact them, no response given by them .all there contact no given on various sites either they are wrong or they got changed .there is no proper contact no niether is there any website of them on net .Rt now i m living in agra. my pf account no is -DL/30996/17197

I was working in noida in Spice BPO 13 months back . Plz help me how to get the details of my pf acconut and how to do settelment of the same .
