escorts finance -FD — HELP REQUIRED IN REFUNDING MY INVESTMENT.

Dear Sir,
In Dec' 04, I deposited four Fixed Deposits @ INR 80, 000/- each totalling to INR 3, 20, 000/ with Escorts Finance Ltd. for a year.
In natural course, it matured in Dec' 05 and I expected the refund in due course. But unfortunately, I have not received any
amount. It is more surprising that i have not received any intimation in this regard till date despite my appeal and reminders.

I am a retired person with major cardiac problems. It is absolutely impossible for me to run from pillar to post for this.
So, I wish to take your estemed news paper's help to put forward my greivance and to find out a solution in this matter.
I am sure there are many others like me who are suffering .

I sincerely hope your expert advisers would help me by advising me with the necessary steps.

FD receipt no. XN15/CD04003402 was sent for maturity amount on its due date[protected] but I have not recieved my money till date . Company never replied. I request you to please take this matter and help me to get my maturity amount.

it has been observed that nos of people having same type of compliant, I have also deposited money and not received after maturity, Government or any other authority should take the strong action against escorts and atleast ensure the people regargding there valueble money through new paper, because escorts not given any response

I am having the similar problem.
The company Escorts Finance has also done the same ghotala as similar to Satyam.The Govt. should also take action against the company so that the fixed deposit holders are paid the due maturity amount with accrued interest.

Escort Finance ltd. (FIxed Deposits) — Non refund of maturity amount

I had deposited my hard earned money in two FDR’s of original value of Rs. 19000/- each on 12.4.03 for three years, which matured on 12.3.2006. Accordingly I had presented both the FDR’s to Your Jaipur office on 14.3.2006. I was told that the maturity amount of Rs.2x25289/-=Rs.50578/- will be remitted shortly. But not receiving the money for next one month I again approached your office at jaipur just to be asked to wait for some time. After 2-3 attempts I contacted your head office at N-6 caughnaut place New delhi, where I was told that the matter has gone to court and payment shall be given after court directions, giving the next date of hearing, this sort of excuses went on for two years, during which I made countless number of phone calls to company, wrote letters and also visited your office at least 10 times, but I have not been paid the money so far but only the next date of hearing was intimated. For the last more than 14 months no body is even picking up the phone. Hence I am writing this letter to request you again that at this age of 55, I am in urgent need of money for medical and other requirements. So please send my dues + interest or share Certificates/debentures at the earliest intimating company’se new address and contact number if there is any change.
It is again requested to kindly send my dues or suggest the way I can get my legitimate dues back, I am ready to go up to any extent to get my hard earned money back which is being retained by Escort finance illegally without any fault of mine. I am ready to accept any offer to receive equity or debentures etc. please help me. This crime is thousand times bigger than a nominal bribe without physically harming or cheating anybody.

A employee taking a nominal bribe only to cooperate in the process of doing some thing which is legitimate otherwise also. Yet he can be arrested & all his assets seized & prosecuted for more than 10 years & can be convicted too. But on the other hand such companies like Escort finance ltd. are roaming freely after eating away crores of Rs. of hard earned money of investers and yet no body is able to even ask them what is happening ?Investers are left helpless, they are running pillar to post. Some have gone to courts also but nothing could be done even after 3-4 years of efforts, no body is listening to the investors.Govt. should make such rules to repay to investors after immediate confiscation of all properties of company & persons responsible is that is not sufficient, All these culprits should be jailed till payments are not made.In fact while registering such companies, the authorities should take an under taking who will be jailed in such event.I feel that Govt & legal system are taking such crimes very lightly.In the instant case the court has not done anything more than giving next date for last 3 years.Can any body do some thing please.

I am also a looser. Pl inform what course to be adopted to getback my amount.

My father (MR. BANSI DHAR) is an employee of ESCORT LIMITED. He had invested heavy amount as fixed deposit to in ESCORT FINANCE LIMITED as per future requirement All Fixed deposit had got matured 2 years back but we didn’t get the money till date. Previous meeting all employees; they were offering shares against money. My father rejected that offer. But till date they are not sending the money to us. Every time escort hard ship committee secretary (Mr. A.k. mangal) said case is in process. We are really helpless.





Please guide us how to get that money.

I want to know the current status of escort finance ltd court case? Neither have we got any refund nor any information about the status of the case. At least we have to right to know about our payment. No one responded on the escort finance office’s phone. There in no any communication sources which we can know the current status or development. I am Customer of Your Finance and I took the two FD No-XE02CD04023698 and XE02CD04023699 as on 21.01.2003 and its maturity was 20.11.2005 but even though we did not get our Real amount and interest i.e 11833/- & 11833/-. Our local agent of Dhanbad told us to write a letter to the Hardsheep sameettee, Escort Finance limited, Faridabad -131003 and we did the same through the speed post as on 09.03.2008. but neither we got any refund nor any information about this case. In our application we saw our problem and enclosed the documents. So kindly Having seen our problem take the necessary action and tell the current status of Court. Even I hold following FD with Escorts Finance Ltd. and still looking forward to receive the amount. Years have passed and have not heard anything neither from Escorts or Hardship Committee. The receipt of the FD deposited with ESCORTS.

My parents, Sister and friends are all facing the same problem.

I have aleady written a request to the hardship committee but no action has been takn on the samt till date.

I request the hardship committee and Escorts Finance to consider my case and refund the amount deposited at earliest as I am need of funds badly for my sons studies. I am a housewife and the whole family is dependent on my husband's income.

Escorts Finance Limited — Non-Refund of FD's maturity Amount

Dear Sir,
I have only one FD for Rs.15, 000/- bearing No.XN15/CDO5001765 dated 11.3.2005 matured on 2.3.2006 which was deposited by me. Despite my several letters duly received by you and several telephone calls, I have not received the amount so far. I am in urgent need of money, as I have to deposit the arrears of enhanced fee of my son and daughter as stated in my letter sent by speed post on 24th February, 2009, you are requested to send me the amount of FD at the earliest. It is a mockery of India Law & Order where consumer is fighting to get his own money back. I also pray to Hon'ble High Court to kindly pass a good judgement in this context so our hard earned saving which I have deposted in the company by cutting our needs and mouth. I had taken one number of Fixed Deposit Scheme for Rs. Fifteen thousand of ESCORT FINANCE LTD on dated 30/06/2004 and Receipt No. is XE02/CD04011330, A/C No XE02/0127461 was matured on 22 June 2007. After completion of three-year maturity period on dated 22 June2007, i had deposited my original fixed deposit certificates at local franchise office of Escort finance Ltd.( Dhanbad ) through my broker. After an expiry of more than one year the local broker has returned my original certificate and told me that there is no way for the payment against the certificate as company is refusing to pay the matured amount and suggest me to write the Hardship Committee. After a big effort i get the the address of the committee send a request letter by registered post. But neither I got any refund nor any information about this case.
