[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Dismal Service after 3 years AMC | |
sir I have a water purifier ( model Inova) purchased from Eureka forbes. After expiry of the warranty I entered into a 3 year Annual maintenance Contract with the company on 12/4/2008. At the time of the contract the comapny serviced the machine and changed the filter. After that till date, despite the AMC nobody came to service the machine. 4 days back I had lodged a complaint at the local office of eureka forbes that the machine is not working and it should be attended to immediately for we don't have very little stored drinking water. The company man came empty handed and after inspecting the machine said that the filter needs replacement, which he will replace tomorrow morning positively. But since that we have been waiting for this gentleman. I again called the company perosnnel Mr Neelesh, but till now nobody has come. We are forced to drink unsafe water which may lead to diseases for which the company will face serious legal consequences. eureka forbes(water purifier INOVA) — BILL AND WARRANTY NOT DELIVERED
I WAS TAKEN IN BY THE ADS ON TV WHICH SHOWED A SMILING SALES AGENT FROM EUREKA FORBES DELIVERING PRODUCTS AND CONDUCTING DEMONSTRATIONS OF THE PRODUCTS.NOW I KNOW BETTER. I PURCHASED A WATER PURIFIER AND A VACUUM CLEANER THROUGH AN AGENT MR ARVIND SRIVASTAVA FROM EUREKA FORBES DARYAGUNJ OFFICE IN JULY 2009. NOW ITS OCT END AND THE BILLS AND WARRANTY HAVE NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED. ON ENQUIRING FROM THEIR DARYAGUNJ OFFICE I WAS TOLD THAT MR SRIVASTAVA WAS NO LONGER EMPLOYED WITH EUREKA FORBES. INNUMERABLE TELEPHONE CALLS TO THE OFFICES AND EMAIL TO THEM HAVE YIELDED NO RESULT.I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT MR SACHIN MEHRA WHO HOWEVER IS WELL COCCOONED BY HIS STAFF WHO FOBBED OFF ALL MY ATTEMPTS TO SPEAK TO HIM; INSTEAD I WAS CURTLY TOLD THAT MY COMPLAINT WOULD BE CONVEYED TO HIM. MORAL OF THE STORY DONT GET FOOLED BY THE ROSY ADVERTISEMENTS DO A SEARCH ON THE NET TO CHECK THE RESPONSIVENESS AND RELIABILITY OF THE COMPANY FIRST HAND. ON THE CONTRARY MY EXPERINCE WITH IFB HAS BEEN VERY GOOD AS THEY ARE PROMPT AND POLITE IN THEIR DEALINGS. I STRONGLY SUGGEST RETHINKING ABOUT ANY PURCHASE OF THE EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT.
