[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Reviva — water purifier not working | |||
I have purchased Aquaguard (Reviva) from Eureka Forbes in the month of Jan 2010. since that time this product is working very well, but last 4 days it is not working properly, purified water is not comming in the purified water tank of this product. I have made the complaint to Mr. Jitender kumar (sales execuitive) of this company on 25 march 2010, but he told me to lodge complaint on tel no. [protected]. so according to his suggestion I have lodged complaint for above mentioned problem on 26 march 2010. but till this time no body came for curing this problem. dear sir, i am quite fed up with your services i am your your old coustemer for last ten years.My new reviva is not doing work for last one month.before this it has been created same problem two times more, even in guarnty period we have paid Rs 650 .Your head office of jigar colony never picks the phone.

using aquagaurd reviva since 4years but lost one year no body giving service for it, so many times i called to customer care service([protected]) every time they are saying we are sending executive.
from lost 2 months water taste has changed so we are using out side mineral water .
so please send person to change candles and solve my problem
