Eureka Forbes / Aquasure Smart UV — pathetic service for eureka forbes | |||
Hi, We had purchased aquasure smart uv on 10th may 2012 and was installed on 12th of may, with in a month time there was a leakage of water in the unit (aquasure smart uv) we called up the Customer care and lodged a complaint to get it services on 5th june 2012. till date no one have resolved this complaint, But eureka forbes call center informed 24hr is the TAT time for resolving services issue. Everyday we are calling the call center and we get one standard answer today it would be resolved. but till date no one have made an attempted to visit and resolve this issue. We believe that eureka forbes is not checking the quality standard before selling its product and pathetic service after sales. Is there any one in eureka forbes who can resolve this issue????
