Eureka Forbes — Worst Service to Customers | |
Hi, I have purchased a new Eureka Forbes water Purifier from Nirmal Lifestyle in Mulund on 18/01/2009, for which I have the Annual Maintenance Contract. On 20/01/2009 technician named Mr.Pandey came to fit and show the demo.He had completed the fitting to wall part but not able to find the problem for the purifier not functioning since only the alarm light was glowing. He was not able to find the problem and thus conveyed us that another technician will come and solve but the technician did not turn up till 21/01/2009 EOD. Meanwhile parallely I had registered the service on calling up the telephone number[protected] and the executive assured me that within 24 hrs the service will be completed but no result till now. I think Customer helpline number is only meant for show purpose to customers since there was no action taken after the service registrtation task Mr.Pandey had shared me this number 26870215 to log a complaint but after dailing 10-20 times I had been getting number busy and no one picks up the phone. Again after followup with Mr.Pandey I got another number 25285903, to log complaint and from this number some action was taken by sending a technician today 22/01/2009 and I am in doubt whether this technician would be completing this task or not. I want an explanation for this delay in Service. I feel it a shame for a reputed company like you who commit to the customer about your good service. I was also given 3 telephone numbers of some Ms. Yogita, who is supposedly their service manager. However, calling then I found that 2 of the number keeps on ringing and no one picks up and the third number is perpetually busy.
This is the worst possible level of service commitment I have ever seen in my life.
