[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — delay in instalment of water purifier

We ordered euureka forbes for aquaguard total sensa miodel on 24.08.2009.Dy.Divisional sales manager Avigit ghatak personaly taking order and they delivered instrument on 26.08.2009.mr. avigit ghatak assured that they fit the water purifier on the wall but today 5.09.2009 they dont gave response properly.Sales representative name is rajesh Mishra and his code no. is 9001124.I have received only receipt silip. My address is Mrs.Renu Singh Q.No.16,Nirman Parisar,CPWD colony,Sector -7,Vidhyadhar Nagar,jaipur

I Prashant Kumar Sinha Applied a product code EC-ACE i.e.Vacume clener through your Gorakhpur(U.P) Office through Advance Rs.1000/- cheque no.016268 Axis Bank, Gorakhpur Receipt No.214 /014395 on 08 feb 2010.
sir those ceque has been withdrawn by company but not delevered product till Date.
so pls arrange the delevery or if you not able delevery the product pls refund my mony asap.
