[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Very Poor Service and misconduct | |||
I would seriously like to lodge a complaint against Eureka Forbes. I have been using their filter for a while now. Recently there was some problem with the water so I asked them to come over and do service since we had given them AMC.The person came and said after doing something with filter for a few minsthat its nothing we can do as water is coming like this from behind only. We said thats ok but atleast you do servicing by opening the candle and everything.After all it was his duty but he denied and said its of no use etc. The following day we again asked them to send someone but they didnt even though they said they will. I called up Eureka Forbes customer care and tried lodging a complaint and requested them to send a senior executive to check the same from their office but they refused it straight away. My complaint is that these eureka forbes people give franchise services to people in areas like subzi mandi and all and then dont keep a check at all whether their customer is satisfied on not. When I am requesting them to send an executive from their company directly as I am not satisfied wiuth their franchise service then its their duty to send someone. They refused and were very very rude.There was some Mr. Joginder Pal Singh I talked to. It is mere customer harrasment and I wish to be compensated in kind or cash for the same soon. I would seriously like to lodge a complaint against Eureka Forbes.
I have been using their filter from a last 2 years and the latest machine i.e. eureka infinity which was silver coated and makes the water purify 100% suggested and replaced my old machine which was manualt operated machine.
While from the first machine of eureka infinity we have received a useless macine which does not purify the water we complient to the person Mr.Madhav Jaiswal sales person who have sold us the machine after calling him 10 to 20 times he had given me the replacement of the machine and the replaced machine is also in a same condition. Then we contacted are executive Mr.Shaikh who is loking after the whole New Mumbai Operation against Eureka Forbes.
We contact her also 10 to 20 times after that he have send a person and requested to test the water on their laboratory. The report comes after few days that water is fit for drinking but it has not mention that the water is fully purified and 100% safe for drinking.
I have complaint against the report to your vashi's executive he have suggested that he will send he technition with report and check the machine but till 2 months gone he have not send any person. After calling him 2 Months later he have refuse to sey tat e thold sumthing lake that to me.
After that i have complaint to Eureka forbes customer care and lodge a complaint that the machine is not working and useless and also requested to stop the further installment cheque and amount which i have paid around 60 to 70% dont want any refund and return your machine on 7/03.2011 morning time complaint number is 84446216 and have told us that your complaint will shoult out within 48 hrs I have recalled to your customer care on 9/03.2011 3.40p that no one have called are visited from your side they have told me that they submitting the reminder against on same complaint i have waited and i again recalled at 10.03.2011 that no action was taken against my complaint till date also.
This is to inform you that the number one company EUREKA FORBES LTD is given me the useless machine and no any action was taken from your side. This type of service shows the Number one company I think it is useless company only collect the money from customer. I am seriosly requesting you that the further installment cheque should not be deposited till the matter is full cleared from your side and give me a machine is fit and water is 100% safe for drinking.
It is mere customer harrasment and I wish to be compensated in kind for the same.
Let me now the further action taken from your side by email me.

I'm getting very poor response from Eureka forbes. I'd purchase new water purifier of acquasure from their dealer. For which eureka forbes send their executive for installation. After installation executive told that flow of water is not sufficient so I've to get pressure pump. He only suggest to get pump from outside as the company pump is very costly. He told us that whenever we brought the pump we have to inform him then he will install the pump with purifier.
After getting pump we informed him and he asked for installtion amount which is quite high. We remind him about his earlier statement, but he refused that and told to lodge a complaint.
Here I've to just inform company that this is not the way to treat your customer. Please teach your executive to behave properly with the customer.

Eureka Forbes — Useless Machine and service
I had bought Eureka Forbes Ivory water purifier from Vijay Sales Borivali. Which was not been install for 4 working days after lots of fight the person explain how to use machine as somebody is teaching how to cook food on any TV cookery show. Than next day morning when it was been started it was did'nt work. Again I complaint Vijay sales and Eureka Forbes than person from eureka forbes change the complete machine today agian after 2 months it has stop working completly . I had made complain on hotline twice but nothing is stil done... Any body can help me...
