[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes / Forbes Crystal — crystal water purifier nonfunctional

My Forbes crystal water purifier is nonfunctional which is under warranty. A complaint was formal complaint raised on 31-mar-2008 Complaint no 80246624. on customer helpline no:[protected]. & my no was provided .
Till today no service engg has called back. I have called the helpline line about 6 times after 31 mar, who only assure me that some service engg will call back.

eureka forbes crystal — not attending service

from 15.12.2008 water purifier not working. i gave complaint. they attended on 19.12.2008.they unable to rectify it . till date they are not rectify it. i'm in warranty period.my purchase date 16.05.2008.they are not change the filter also. it should be changed in 6 months.

Eureka Forbes/forbes crystal — A M C SERVICE-DUE FOR SERVICE DT 16/06/09 BUT NOT ATTENDED SO FAR

I HAVE PURCHASED FORBES CRYSTAL MODEL WATER PURIFIER DURING NOV 2007 AND THE FIRST YEAR SERVICE WENT ON WELL. I HAVE MADE A M C FOR 2 YEARS FOR RS,1890 ON 18/12/08 AND THE NEXT AMC SERVICE DUE ON 18/06/09, BUT NOBODY TURNEDUP AND ON 10/07/09 I MADE REGISTER MY COMPLAINT TO THE EURO HELPLINE THROUGH THE PHONE NO 39883333 BUT TILL DATE I MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO THE SAME LINE WHENEVER I CALL THEY INFORM ME TODAY WE ARE SENDING BUT NOBODY IS RESPONDING/COMING. OUR PERMANENT I D NO [protected]. OUR CLEAR ADDRESS ALSO WITH THEM AND WHENEVER WE ARE CALLING THEY ARE CONFIRMING OUR ADDRESS TOO.

I EXPECT EARLIER SOLUTION TO THIS TO AVOID FURTHER LODGING COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER FORUM AND CLAIMING DAMAGES.

eureka forbes crystal — no maintenance

we use forbes crystal water purifier for the past 2 yrs. recently it,s circuit got damaged prompting me to complaint me to the service centre. I complained on 23rd of sep 2010. The guys at the service centre keep telling me that the required spare parts are not currently available.

Till date there's been no response from the company or their service centres. I wonder such a big company like forbes only knows to sell it's products and doesn't care for it's after sales service. i even got a annual maintenance contract paying rs.1100 annually. But the service i'm getting is zero. We are forced to daily boil our water due to the company's negligence.

Now i am planning to go to the consumer court. Only then these people will learn a lesson.

eureka forbes crystal — UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

I am a user of FORBES CRYSTAL since last three years with a habit of regular amc.Recently I contacted 39883333 for amc renewal.Next day a local service person(who is under DURGAPUR SERVICE FRANCHISEE.code no-1876 Phone no:[protected]attended the machine.He changed both the candles along with cleaning the UV chamber and left.
After his departure when I went to use this water for drinking, I got a very bad and strong smell and unable to drink.Instantly I informed that local service personal to attend for solving the problem.He came and tried his best but in vain.
Again I informed the Durgapur service franchisee regarding this serious problem but no attention is received so far.
We are consuming this type of water as we don't have any other alternative.We are very much fed up with this particular type of service rendered by your end.
