Eureka Forbes — Frustrated and irritated from Aquaguard services | |||
Dear Team, I would like to bring in your notice that I am frustrated and irritated from Aquaguard services. I brought AquaSure RO + UV model in May month from Vijay Sales. From last month my RO were not working properly therefore I have logged the complaint. Technician came after one week and he don't have any idea about the model. Further, he told us that pump was not working and will be changed by next day anyhow, date of incident was 20th December, 2012 From till date, we are calling everyday to customer care and the technician guy. Representatives were communicating on everyday that today it will be fixed on any cost. Today is 26th of December and still my RO is neither fixed nor any technician coming. When I asked from him to replace the same then there is no response from him and they are delaying without having any transparent communication.
