[Resolved] Eureka Forbes Ltd — Poor and humiliating service to customer regarding Aquaguard Total RO Protec+ | |||
Dear Madam/Sir, With due respect, I would like to inform you that I have purchased a water purifier from company Eureka Forbes Ltd. and the machine name is Aquaguard Total RO Protect+ on 26th January, 2011. (Application no.- 015644). From primary stage onwards, I received a very poor service, the technician were not competent. However, after 1 year a person named Haradhan Dey from M/S Paul Enterprises (Franchise of Eureka Forbes Ltd.) came for Service Contract and the contract amount is 7250/=, which is abnormally high (more than half of the machine amount). They provided me customer code as [protected], Contract Receipt No.-10 and Application No.[protected]. Few months back, I have lodged a complaint for some problem in the machine’s tap, one technician came, but does not provide a remedy for the same. I therefore once again lodged a complaint, but no technician came, I further reminded them but till date no one came to rectify the problem in the machine tap. They are charging such a huge amount of money for the contract and in return providing such a poor and humiliating service to customer. I therefore would like to request you to do something so that consumer / customer in future time are not deprived like what I faced regarding aforesaid matter. Thanking you and deep regards.
