[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Supply of Faulty water Purification System | |||
Purchased a water purification system in name of my wife (Mrs. Anjana Mathew) from Eureka Forbes Limited Model Name Aqua Guard Sensa SMP+ bearing a D code - 12244 S.L. No. BD[protected]. A cheque (No. 021387 of SBI India) amounting to Rs. 18990 was issued in favour of Eureka Forbes Limited on[protected] for purchase of the same, a consumer ID - [protected] was created and a receipt bearing No. 060129 was issued but a proper Invoice is still awaited. A water purification unit with broken tap was supplied on the same day. Mr. Karthik sales representative (ID No. B-9050130 Phone No. [protected]) and Mr. Remesh (Manager Phone NO.[protected]) were very active before the actual purchase, but since the payment I am trying to get the unit replaced Mr. Ramesh is not answering my calls while Mr. Karhik shows his inability due to non cooperation from his manager for replacement. Tried many times to resolve this issue through online service request but no answer. Trying to contact senior manager but it seems impossible. Finally I feel that I am cheated by Eureka Forbes and decided to file a online complain on[protected]. Submitting this complain in anticipation of help from consumer forum in replacement of the unit.
