Eureka Forbes / Xeon Vacuum Cleaner — Negligence towards customer complaints | |||
Complaint History : I have puchased a Xeon Vacuum cleaner ( Eureka Forbes ) from Reliance Plaza , Crown Interior Mall , Faridabad in the month of September ' 2010 . On 4th day from date of purchase , it failed during use . I registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes call centre which assured me with a 48 hours resolution time & surprisingly was not responded during next 15 days . This cycle of call registration & ' no response ' continued till it was finally attended on 21st ' Feb ' 2011 . Engineer diagnosed & stated as ' Two parts have failed & will be replaced under warranty -- TAT next 7 working days . For your ref : one complain no. I am mentioning[protected] dated 11/01/11 My frustration : A company like Eureka Forbes which used to set benchmarks in customer service delivery --- How it can degrade to this level ????
