Dear Sir,

On 9th May 2009 I had made request of Rs.112 recharge to my BSNL prepaid mobile no.[protected] through my ICICI Bank internet banking facility and payment through my ICICI Bank credit card. The company details are as follows & the details of this transaction are attached with this e-mail in JPG format.

Please note that till date/time my pre-paid mobile balance & validity is not updated. Moreover my credit card is debited Rs.112 in favor of EURONET WORLDWIDE INDIA PVT LTD. I had already confirmed the payment with my bank. Till date there is no responce from this company. This is second time I am experiencing this problem with this company. Please do your best to resolve my case.
