Exide — starting problem

I have a bike bajaj xcd125cc. I give it for service of baterry for the last three times to your authorised dealor named "RINE SALES & SERVICES" adressed "B-3, Kashyap complex, 71, sampatrao colony, B.P.C.Road, Alkapuri, vadodara-3*0007 Dealorship code no. BARO-029329-E09. He has never do anything in service from last 8 month from the purchase of bike 15.10.2008.Always he write ok in the service record for the last 8 month.

I face problem of starting the bike but he tells that there is no problem in baterry.

so please do needfull in this matter.

Just FYI if you buy a exide battery and are out of town and have a problem. Exide dealers do not have to warranty it even if you have a receipt. Only where you bought it from. That came directly from Exide. That is why we switched suppliers and current supplier has no problem handling any warranty anywhere in the US as long as there is a receipt.

Sir the problem is I don’t have warrenty card like lost it during car service, now I don’t get my battery to charge it get discharged 2 day I don’t use the car ( checked with alternater, or any earthing or short sercuit problem in local service station all seems to be good and fine ) no problem with car part, I talked with person where I brought the battery from they found the bill checked the battery gave me saying it was over charged because the battery water was full that is why iam having the problem is what they said, iam starting to having the same problem after 2 day I got the battery from the dealer, I really headache every morning I have to push my car to start, iam writing this letter for the 3rd time to [protected]@mum.exide.co.in, not all responding, and would lodge a complaint

I am also a EXIDE Dealer In Orissa.
Actualy Company is giving 18+6Months Warranty.( In Total 24 Months)
in which customers getting their battery replaced free of cost within 18 months.
then form 19-21 months 25% discount form present MRP and
finally 22-24 Months 15% Discount.

In your case 19 months had passed.
So you may get 25% of Discount form the company if you have Sale Bill and warranty card.

Form my point of View there is nothing to worry bcoz
if you buy another battery form market you can easly get 10 to 12% discount on MRP.
And you can sell or exchange your old Scrap Battery at 15 to 18% (approx) Discount or Value.

So, there is no benefit in fighting.

I had purchased a Inva Tubller Exide Battery IT 500 bearing Sl. No. 012125 vide invoice No. SBS-ALG/2060 dated 21.6.2009 from M/s Sunil Batteries, Aligarh. Battery set is creating problem since its commissioning . I had made complaint in this regard time to time to your show room and service engineer was also deputed to examine the battery set. On examine it was reported that battery required boost charges and it would be sent on our workshop. I had left battery set on your workshop on 27.7.2010. After the boost charging of the battery, the specific gravity of cell no. 1 and 2 was found nil and gravity of cell no. 3, 4, 5 and 6 was found 1200. The battery set was sent to the Company at Ghaziabad. Vide challan No. 1615 dated 9.8.2010 the Company sent back the above battery set with the remark that battery set is o.k. Since the recommissioning of the battery set it is again creating problem. You are requested to please depute your expert to examine the battery set. Thanking you.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH EXIDE
One of the worst battery company is Exide company will never buy in future & always suggest my friends & relatives not to buy this exide hell batteries for any cars & bikes etc., for any purpose i'll never buy i know that company will never get affected by me only i.e, by single person but i know onw day entire people will do the same when they know the fact as mentioned here in every blog...
Henceforth, will always go for amron one of the best battery with very good service quality.
