Respected Sir,
I purchased two excide powerbox PBX 1500 batteries from M/s Quality auto Electric Co.,Tikona park,NIT Faridabad-121001.They are the authorised dealer of Excide batteries.
Our battery serial No.=41592,52752
Bill No.=6070
Purchased Date=16 Apr 2007
We compliant to M/s Quality auto Electric Co. on 11 dec 2007 about our battery problem.they send thier battery Technician for checking the batteries and He declare that both the batteries are BULGE.
But till now Our batteries have not been replaced.
So you are requested to replace our both battaries under warrenty as early as possible to avoid any serious accident.
We will be thankful to you for this.

I had purchased a two wheeler with installed Exide battery on[protected] unfortunately in Oct. the battery failed on what technical grounds really I don't know but the dealer repalced it on[protected] again on[protected] i went for the serviceing of the replaced battery & was asked to get the other equipments checked at the vehicle vedor after having throughly checked all the parts vendor told me the battery is not charging so again on[protected] i went to exide dealer and asked for the problem they told me that they can not help me since the battery was a replacement but how i can believe that the replaced battery was a brand new . At this juncture i feel i have been cheated by your dealer .
I hope company will do the needful & will help me out from this situation
