[Resolved] Exide Battery — Not working | |||
Mr. SANJEEB SING brougth a exide battery on 16.05.11 which defect arised after q5 days . The service center repired it but after one this battery is out of order but the service center and retailer did not respond. The no of the consumer is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||

15 Exide Battery know we face Backup problem MY latest Complane No is Nuup00000079 Your Enge.
came to over office and check the Batteryes he told the seven batteryes is down. But your service center told your case will rejected. He tell over ups make low voltage after that I call sukam eng & your eng. know they both check there systems. Your eng. make another paper they tell us same problem 7 bettery is down. they metion seven battery no. 4n9-121452, 4n9-120972, 4n9-110950, 4n9-121711, 4n9-122266, 4n9-121455, 4n9-119086 these are the detials of our battary.
Please do some thing as u posible.

I have purchased Exide Battery 155 plus 4a9-100331 from auth dealer Hind Motor Stores Ambala Cantt. vide bill no.12934 dt.[protected]. The battery providing inadequate back up and for that complaint was made to the dealer on August 11, 2009 they check the density & attached their addtional charger with battery, even than it was not charged full. The dealer Mr Jain assured us it will be done within few days but we are to make calls on alternativly. But no appriciable response received by us so far.
It will be kind enough if you get our battery to its full proper charging.

IT NOT WORKING WHILE WARRANTY PERIOD I HAVE CHARGED THIS BATTERY FROM SATNAM AUTOMOBLE ALAMBAGH LKO. (EXIDE SERVICE CENTRE MAVAIYA LKO)
AGAIN REPEATEDLY IT'S NOT WORKING NOW IT DOES'NT COVER WARRANTY, WHEN I GIVE THIS BATTERY TO VENDOR THEY IGNORED TO REPLACED WHEN I ASK FOR EMAIL ID FOR SENIOR THEY DON'T GIVE ANY NEEDFUL FOR SATISFACTION. THEY DID'NT CHECK THAT PARTICULAR UNIT.
I WANT TO SAY WHY CUSTOMER PERFER EXIDE BECOZ IT HAS NICHE IN THE MARKET .
WE ARE ALSO RUNNING A AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE GODREJ, VENUS, BAJAJ & USHA LEXUS.
