[Resolved]  Express It Courier — worst service in india

I got courier till now i didn't receive any docs..This is 5th time the bank people are sending internet banking passwords to me..I have not received any thing..If you could provide me the phone number of your branch in Nellore (Andhrapradesh), I can track my docs..

Please treat this as urgent and get back me on proper solution

The courier service is so horrible, they use all filthy language on mobile, they do not have basic common sense, they feel that we have to wait for full day in the house so that they can come any time, even though I HAVE TOLD THAT MY WIFE OR OUR WATCHMAN WILL BE THERE, the previous day . they accepted to deliver, when called they used horrible language on mobile, KINDLY TEACH THE COURIER BOYS HOW TO MANAGE WITH PUBLIC AND THE OFFICE PEOPLE. WORSTTTTTTTTTTT!!!

I am calling and it says "please check the number".
What is the STD code i should prefix ??

what am i supposed to do ???
