[Resolved] Express It Courier — Courier Not Received

Hi, I got a courier till now i have not recieved because the so called rules stated by the courier service. They will deliver only between 9:00 to 6:00. My office time is between 8:30 and 5:30 and i will be back only by 7:15 P.M. I have adjusted one day by saying can i get around 4:30 and they say it is not possible and u should receive only on time and not get from the courier office even though i produce the ID card. This is absolutely not fair from the part of Courier Service. This is the third time i am not receiving it. The worst scenario is courier service boy does not have mobile number to contact? Whether i have put one day leave for claiming my courier. It is better you close down your service rather than insulting us. My Airway Bill is [protected]. Thanks & Regards, B. Hi this is yashwanth from hyderabad i work in shamshabad near to air port i have got a courier from amazone .com, thats for to day, the person from ur company called me and told that i have to go and pick up the courier, i am very busy i cannot go to dilshuk nagar branch, and i have told to ur person saying to come and deliver in begampet for that thay r refused to send, i just want to know from ur company this the service u provide to ur coustamers ?

if that's the service u provied i am afride sorry kindly close ur company thats really disgusting to u

Expressit Courier Services — Not received my courier

Hi there,

This is the worst courier service. i applied for my Pan card and its being dispatched a long back, The status in the tracking tool is showing exceptions due to not available of Consignee's phone. I drop a mail to them as well as call them and the girl booked my complain and register my telephone no. but before listening to me completely she cut my call so rudely. And until I have not received any response or any detail about my coureir.
