[Resolved]  Express It Courier — Courier Not Received

I recieved message from BarclayCard of my statement dispatched via Express It AWB & my statement no. is [protected]. But I have not recived this statement till this date.
Please do right steps for me.

Actually i received a courier but i changed the address i asked them to bring a courier to my office address but no response.

on 12/5/08 icici bank sent my policy doc through express it courier. till now i didn't get that document.
AWB NO [protected].
please take necessary action on this asap.

On 28/05/2008, one parcel has been sent by Axis bank to my address. But till date I have not received the parcel .

Please confirm the date of delivery.

I am from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
The Express it courier service very very worst. Their customer service is irresponsible.I got a message from Axis bank as per sms my credit card is dispatched on 23rd May via express it courier service i[censored]ndelivered in 72hr contact local express it . I called up their head office to know about their office address in our area. It seems nobody has a clue of it. And nobody lifts the phone in their local office.I tried to contact minimum 400 to 500 at last i talked 5 times those guys they told every day we will delivered your card by this evening or tomorrow like this but the consignment was returned as there were no body to collect it at the address. This reason is false as people were present at the time specified.Something seems to be fishy about their operations. Their antecedents need to be checked thoroughly.

COMPLAINT AGAINST EXPRESS IT COURIER — NOT received ICICI bank courier

I have not yet recieved an ICICI bank till 4.06.08 ( courier no [protected] which was dispached on 29 .05.07. As it is very urgent to me but i m suffering only for irresponsibility of this Express IT courier company.

I have not recieved my courier which was despatched on 3rd june and there was a confussion on the correspondence name whereas the same was confirmed by the bank and they have also taken confirmation from HO but still the local courier person is not ready to deliver it because he has not recieved a mail from your HO to make the delivery . and never expected such a service from your end .

Express IT — Courier not recieved

Dear Sir,
Please look into this matter . I was to receive a courier from express IT .The courier had my mutual fund policy.The courier was dispatched on 14.02.2008 and yet to be received !!!The airway bill number is [protected].This is a complete negligence shown by the courier company and has caused me immense problems .

Axis bank had sent a courier by ExpressIT. But still i haven’t recieved any courier.so pls this is request to you that find out my courier and sent to me on my proper office address that Axis bank had given. my contact no [protected]..my AWB #[protected]

what is posistion of letter from icici bank no awb[protected] as it is urgent posted on 21--6-08

The name of the courrier should have been "Press it" instead of Express IT. One of the worst courriers who return important letters like Internet Banking PW with comments- incomplete address. Let me reiterate that the address is permanent for more than 60 years and postal and all courriers deliver letters here without any difficulty.

Their irresponsible behaviour has caused world of problems for me as I am unable to access my account, book my tickets, transfer urgent money nor do any other transactions for last more than a week. Who will compensate for it???

I wonder how ICICI could shortlist a courrier of this kind sacrificing all interests of their customers. I suggest them to despatch all such letters of a particular town to their respective branch from where it can be sent again. This will ensure better delivery and will be speedier too. Have the ICICI people not come across this site?

I also have similar experience. I booked a courier through rediff shopping and is handed over to courier on 7th July, Till date it has not reached. Express It courier and doc no. e[protected].

i have one courier from ICICI bank.The locket no#[protected].Till i didnt receive this one.

I also faced a similar problem. I tracked the consignment status online and one day it changed to exception with the status message "Exception - Wrong Pincode Provided By Shpr, C'Ment R'Ted To Correct Branch .". I then dialed up the mumbai customer service and verified the address and pin number and found out to be correct. Then i asked about the exception and message. He told he was clueless and you have to call the local customer care in kerala. I tried calling them up and that went unanswered. Now the status is delivered and when checked with Mumbai Express-IT, the courier is delivered in Cochin, 350 KMs far from the correct location. The courier send is a password, how can they deliver such sensitive consignment to a wrong address. This is happening for the 4th time. ICICI and their partners sucks BIG TIME!!
