Express IT courier is the lousiest courier company, I have ever come across. I have serious doubts whether they are really making any effort to deliver the packages or simply sending SMS that they are unable to deliver the package.
What kind of a service providing co gives wrong numbers to it's customers. Instead of sending SMS, they can call us and advice about the courier. Even the numbers provided in the web site are also wrong.

This is the incident it happened to me today and happened to me many times with me from the Express it courier side before. The courier person called me today around 9 am from Electronic city Bangalore branch saying that there is a courier to you in the name of Rose and tell me the locality and clearly explained to him. Then I was told that he will be reaching BEGUR around 11:00 AM and I will give a call from the Begur bus stone, but unfortunately the person never turned up. I am trying to reach the customer care no.25227682/25227683/25227684 there is no response. The address is very clear why can’t they deliver full address is given and contact no is given.
I hope somebody will take responsibility to this matter if not I will have to go to consumer forum once again I will give my address
